First of all they will scratch your wheels with the brushes that they use for the prewash. They also are closed any time that the weather is less than perfect, and when they do the full service with the interior clean they use an old dirty rag to do your windows, so you're better off just not having them do your windows at all. I still go to them and it's a great value but you have to realize the limitations of the place.

Stains on the fabric seats were 'gone'! I don't know what they used, but even a week later, they still feel soft! The carpet, which was full of debris in the smallest crevices, was immaculate! The back, which housed everything including Labradors, was back to its original shape! The center console, gear shift, dashboard, and doors, all an utter mess, were absolutely pristine! Finally, I cannot say enough about Mitchell! He was friendly, helpful, and extremely professional. After praising this accomplishment, he mentioned it was a 'team effort' to restore the vehicles! Matt is professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the state of the art in detailing, PPF and ceramic coatings. The atmosphere is welcoming and there's zero pressure or upselling. Matt's level of service goes above and beyond--I had mentioned I was in a time crunch and he managed to accommodate me with very short notice. I was able to make an appointment for a…read morecar detailing at my home quickly, which was nice, but things tailed off after that: - The two men who came to detail our car were over 1 hour late - They didn't ring the doorbell or knock on the door to introduce themselves - After they were finished, the center compartment was not cleaned (picture attached) - The front windshield was greasy (pictures attached) - Steering wheel was very slippery to handle - There were many water marks on multiple windows (picture attached) - Fog lights and hazard lights were left on, wipers level was also set to ON When I contacted Michael, the owner, about these things, I talked to him on the phone the same day. He asked if we were on town water or well water (we're on town), and then no response. I followed up with him 2 days later (Friday), no response. Next day (Saturday), he text back to say he would come by to clean the windows and center console, but it wouldn't be until after the following Tuesday. Today is Friday, and I have not heard back from him. Very disappointing, this service. Not worth the cost as the workers were late to the job, the quality of work was questionable, and the resolution of problems still has not been done.
