If you have a newer vehicle or care about your car's paint job don't go here. Staff was not apologetic, though did pay for a vial of touch-up paint. Manager questioned if a shopping cart did this, though clearly too high for such a scratch to occur (above the wheel well) and I went straight home after the car wash. He briefly attempted to locate any stones/etc in the brushes and ensured me that the brushes are new. Still doesn't erase the fact that my pristine Dodge Ram is now tarnished. I didn't want to deal with the hassle of getting a new paint job/trying to get reimbursed.

Stains on the fabric seats were 'gone'! I don't know what they used, but even a week later, they still feel soft! The carpet, which was full of debris in the smallest crevices, was immaculate! The back, which housed everything including Labradors, was back to its original shape! The center console, gear shift, dashboard, and doors, all an utter mess, were absolutely pristine! Finally, I cannot say enough about Mitchell! He was friendly, helpful, and extremely professional. After praising this accomplishment, he mentioned it was a 'team effort' to restore the vehicles! I've already scheduled an exterior cleaning and am looking forward to it! This was an amazing experience, worth every penny!

When the wash was complete I always dry the remaining spot of water . To my surprise, the machine only washed half my SUV. The SUV was clean from the middle of the door panel up. The lower section of the car , all the way around was as dirty as before I entered the wash. Of course there is no attendant, I call the number on the sign. It was Sunday so no one answered but I left a message with my name and number and why I was calling. No one ever returned my call. A waist o money, I guess I go back to Ernies since Primrose does not care to even call back Update Primrose apologized and provided a free wash code. When trying to remove them, they turn into long greasy streaks. We then have to use a solvent to take the streaks offf, which removes the car wax that we went to the carwash to have applied in the first place. We have repeatedly complained to the managers. If they even acknowledge the problem, they seem incapable of finding a solution. Hey Ernie, we really shouldn't have to take our car to an auto-detailer to get tarballs removed from the paint after going to your car wash! Ernie's apparently just don't give two hoots.

He asked if we were on town water or well water (we're on town), and then no response. I followed up with him 2 days later (Friday), no response. Next day (Saturday), he text back to say he would come by to clean the windows and center console, but it wouldn't be until after the following Tuesday. Today is Friday, and I have not heard back from him. Very disappointing, this service. Not worth the cost as the workers were late to the job, the quality of work was questionable, and the resolution of problems still has not been done.
