An antique dealer told us they would remake the brass finials but it would cost us $2K-$3K. The house was trashed as well. they left trash on the floor, water bottles, soda cans. They also left 350 lbs. of items behind that should have been packed and shipped. Our cleaning lady came went berserk that they had left a 6' window open!! This is Montana! Do you know how many wild animals we have living in our mountains?? Anyway... long story short: DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Not only did we have missing heirloom items, 350 lbs. left behind, they trashed our home, we had broken antique and bedroom set broken (with strips of wood gauged), they also also damaged our newly painted home, damaged the front limestone steps and landing...

I would recommend them to others for sure. They spent a good amount of time moving and charge hourly, but it did not feel like they were dragging it out at all, and very importantly treated my household goods with respect as they would their own. Their teamwork was on point. At no point did I feel like my belongings were jeopardized by bad communication or anything like that. I took a picture of the inside of their truck, which was very neat and organized, and that says a lot about their work ethic and care in their work.
