In the beginning everything was good with this locally owned family store…read more Not wanting to do business with the big boys, we took our business here -several times- and made several expensive purchases. Everything was okay until our appliance broke down. Lead salesperson has so much trouble with upset customers calling about defective products, he is beyond effective communication and he clearly is unhappy in his work. We also learned the hard way that the manufacturer says "If you had bought our product directly from us, we would have sent you a new machine immediately." EZ TV and Appliance is not considered "directly from us" in the opinion of the appliance manufacturers. We really wanted to support our local business and we wish we had better things to share in this revi.

Unfortunately, we started having problems with our new stove after about a month. We contacted Mark Eaton at EZ and explained the situation. He listened to us and understood our problem and concerns, and we agreed we each needed to work our sides of the problem - us dealing with the manufacturer's Customer Service department, he working with his sales rep at the company. The experience turned out well - we were able to trade in our defective stove for a new, different brand thanks to Mr. Eaton's assistance and willingness to help us out and make things right. If you look at their other online reviews, you'll see that they're a reputable business providing value, service and assistance if problems arise. They've had many happy, satisfied customers over their 60+ year history, and we are now some of them as well. Big shout out to Mr. Eaton and EZ! David Larsen

First of all, I placed an order online. They had the local store deliver it. They only delivered…read morepart of it. When I contacted them, I was told that they are not going to honor the advertised sale. They contacted their ".com" about it. They won't honor the sale either! The next day they removed the sale. Now, getting my refund is ridiculous. I paid through CashApp. Home Depot sent them the refund, but they did it incorrectly and CasApp denied it. They won't listen. All they say is "it went through on our end". No it didn't. They don't have a Manager so the Assistant manager is in charge. He is an absolute joke! Something needs to be done about this store.

I bought a Ryobi charger and on the websit. It said when you buy the charger you get free weed…read moreeater, blower, battery and charger for free. Well, I ordered the charger and when it came it was only the charger. I went online to chat with customer service. I talked to 2 different people that night and they both didn't know what to tell me. They told me to go to my local store and discuss it with them. By the next morning on their website the free items were no longer on the site. So, I went to my local store and apparently the promotion ended the 19th and I ordered it on the 20th. But on the 20th it was still on their website and never did say anything about it expiring. The guy at the store called .com to discuss it with them. So, .com told the employee that he would contact Ryobi and see if they would honor the promotion. He said I would get a email from them letting me know their decision. I never got a email or any response. Home Depot should of honored that promotion because that is who I ordered it from. Since I haven't heard anything from anybody, I will be returning the charger to get my money back. I will not shop at Home Depot again. I really thought Home Depot would have customer service, but apparently they do not. Their attitude surprised me also, as they were not helpful. I will not buy any Ryobi products again. I am a female senior citizen and I thought getting those items free with my purchase of the charger would be wonderful. It would of helped when I take care of my yard. I am very disappointed with Home Depot for not honoring their mistake, by it still being on their website when I made my purchase.

How silly of me to assume professionalism and respect are sincere at Western Ace Hardware. My family and I have spent thousands of dollars at this store, but after my experience around the 31st of July 2026, I will no longer recommend this store to anyone. To the contrary, I will make it my mission to actively and loudly dissuade people from using this store. **Warning!! Do not ask the staff why they leave the front door open in 100*F weather!!** When I asked this question in a lighthearted manner, the staff member raised their voice louder than mine, interrupted me, and briskly walked away before I completed my sentence. How dare I attempt to gently rib Ace Hardware about the fact that they prop the door open and the air conditioning just pours out the front door and allows insects to enter. Apparently this is a source of super-hurt feelings and tenderness for the mustachioed young man running the register. As the staff member escaped our conversation, I apologized, saying "sorry for upsetting you". To which the staff member stopped, turned and confronted me, asking "what was that (you said), sir ?" I advised this young guy that I was sorry to have ruffled his feathers and that it was unnecessary to get huffy with me. I left the store with this declaration. As I was preparing to start my motorcycle, the other employee present...the marine from behind the gun counter came outside and began watching me. I would describe it as "eyeballing" me. He looked in my eyes and spit on the ground, an explicitly outward projection of contempt and hostility. I would expect this type of flaccid attempt at intimidation from the town fool, not an employee and VETERAN. How dare you lose your military bearing! As a Marine wearing an EGA hat no less...Shameful behavior. ---That's the story I'm going to tell everyone I know. At the Elks, to my friends in the Legion, as well as in every rating website I can find. Check yourself, brown-haired young baby faced checkout clerk with a moustache. Perhaps you're more predisposed to mop the floors than face customers if you can be triggered by a question about an open door.
