I really appreciate this little place. When i need to mail a package or letter and dont want to go to the post office. They always help me package stuff and offer several mailing options. That is cool. Also while i wait they have a great little gift store with an eclectic array of home decor., art, misc., markers/stationary, oddities...really unusual. This is such a local asset! I could not believe how easy they made my shipping chores. I went in feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the postal stuff I needed to accomplish, they took it all out of my hands, and with really gracious and friendly service. I had fun looking at the nic naks they have for sale around their shop too. The owner even calmed down my cranky 5 year old by giving him a snack. I was pretty impressed with that lol. The place wasn't too bad. Went for notary services and felt like my husband had to answer the 3rd degree regarding the paperwork he was signing or she wouldn't notarize it. Was a bit stressful as my husband has had several strokes with memory issues and I felt like I was "under suspicion" as to his signature. I don't really know how to put it otherwise. I'm trying to be nice because I don't want to be negative. Basically I was made to feel like I was "taking advantage" of my own husband when that was farthest from the truth. Thank God his memory was better that day or we probably wouldn't have gotten our needs taken care of. I have never before had a notary to put me or my husband through such an interrogation session, or been made to feel like I was doing something "wrong." read more

Holes in the Wall DIDN'T DELIVER MY MEDICATION! It sat there for week, we checked 3 times and they kept telling us it wasn't there. After tracking the package we found it had been sitting there in their offices for ONE WEEK. This is medication I needed and was out of for 5 days while it sat in their office. When I called them to have them look for it, they were very rude and told me "we've only lost one package since 2007 and the customer found it in their car", as if she was blaming me! Finally, after several phone calls they found it and my husband went to get it. The clerk, who I had talked to, told him "she said she didn't want it" which was a bald-faced lie!!! Why would anyone do that anyway? We've been customers for several months and this isn't the first time they misplaced a package, which I got TWO WEEKS LATE. We won't be customers there any more. IF THIS HAD BEEN IMPORTANT MEDS LIKE INSULIN, I WOULD BE DEAD. Mail is important to people. read more
