Dino was so easy and so pleasant to work with. And he communicated with us continuously throughout the whole project. When he said something was going to be done on a certain day... it was done!!  From start to finish, the work was excellent. Every crew that came to our home was professional, polite, and kept the area clean throughout the project. The entire job was run with precision, with each trade and crew arriving exactly when needed and seamlessly handing off to the next phase of work. The project was completed within the projected timeline, which was something we really appreciated, especially for a project of this size. The attention to detail and organization throughout the build made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We are extremely happy with our new pool and backyard and would highly recommend Maricopa Pools to anyone looking for a high-quality outdoor transformation. 10 STAR if we could. Thank you Dino and Team.

We had a great experience with Caribbean Pool and Spa building our pool. The team was professional,…read moreresponsive, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The construction moved along smoothly and the crew was respectful of our property. Our finished pool looks beautiful and has completely transformed our backyard. They also took the time to explain the equipment and how everything works. We're very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Caribbean Pool and Spa.

Overall picture of pool and the brick on the hot tub overflow…read more  The main point is the overflow from the hot tub. I selected the brick as I thought it would look good. After install there were supposed to be some stainless steel inserts on the sides of the overflow to keep the water directed into the pool and not running off to the sides. They didn't install and "J" said later if I wanted them they would put them on. The water did run off to the sides and I chose to leave it as at that time the chlorinated brick was not noticeable   The problem, which would have been nice as a warning as this was my first pool, was the bleaching and color distortion on the brick. The brick keeps on shaving/chipping off into the pool which is a pain. And if you see the closeup pictures you can see how bad the bleaching is.  I want to have the brick pulled off and replace with tile. Called and told "B" the issue and left a message for Kevin at Caribbean pools on February 24, 2026 to see if they could do it at a discount and I pay for some of it. No call back even to discuss.  You would think with all their "extensive" pool experience, they would have warned me about the brick looking bad after a couple years, I would have gone with tile, which is easier to clean and it would not be falling into the pool constantly. Even during the construction, it took him forever to get crews out here and I had to call quite a few times and then when the company came over to get the pool turned on, it wouldn't work.  Turns out the electrician, that Caribbean used, didn't even hook up the wiring to the controls.  So luckily, there was a person that didn't have anything going on that Saturday and he came out.  And he had to put three wires in about ten feet long each, or so, they get to pool started. Pool was finally operational on April 6, 2021. I had to constantly call and harp on them, to get crews out here and do the work, and then they couldn't even get it started. The brick looks like garbage now so I wouldn't recommend them if they can't even give me straight forward advice or even call me to talk to me about this, give me a little discount or something. Don't bother with them, my personal opinion. Sent from my Galaxy

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience with Fair & Square…read morePools so other homeowners understand what the closeout process may look like. The pool itself turned out nicely overall, but the experience at the end of the project became extremely stressful and disappointing. Before the project was fully completed, I identified several unresolved items including defective travertine, missing travertine installation around a deck jet area, and concerns regarding electrical completion. Despite these items being raised prior to final closeout, I was repeatedly told that everything would become a "warranty item" only after full payment was made. I attempted to work collaboratively and proposed reasonable solutions, including partial holdback agreements and written completion terms, but those were rejected. What concerned me most was the communication style once final payment became due. I received repeated threats of lawsuits, attorney fees, and ROC escalation despite clearly communicating in writing that payment was being made within a specific timeframe. Even after providing that timeline, additional legal threats continued. I understand contractors need to enforce contracts and collect payment, but professionalism and customer communication matter -- especially after a homeowner has already invested a significant amount of money and lived through a long construction project. In my opinion, the biggest issue was not the construction itself, but the pressure tactics and unwillingness to provide any meaningful protection or flexibility regarding unresolved items before final payment was made. If you choose to work with this company, I strongly recommend: - Documenting everything in writing - Clarifying punch list procedures upfront - Understanding exactly how final payment and warranty items will be handled before the end of the project I hope the remaining items are completed as promised and that no further escalation becomes necessary.
