First time buying a camper and after lots of research and reading reviews we decided on Three Way Campers. We couldn't have picked any better. Hank our salesman gave us space, didn't push us and went out of his way to make sure we got everything we needed. Cody managed the financial side and even got us insurance cover for our new 5th wheel. Brandon went over every single detail on how it all works and explained everything in great detail too but you dont fool me Brandon on the diving out of the emergency window in an emergency cause I saw the latch! We got our lovely new 5th wheel home and within an hour or two a tree limb went through the roof and straight through the ceiling, so worried about possible water damage and broken hearted we called Three Way Campers and they couldn't of done more or been any nicer. They put it in the workshop, helped with the insurance claim and told us they will repair it as quick as possible (we have a long road trip planned and we were a little worried). We have used Three Way Campers 3-4 times now for various items in my 2016 Class C Thor Quantum and have been very pleased with the results. Although the service department stays booked and usually has long wait times ( as all camping places do ) I always feel confident the work was done properly. No just NO. Requested to fix an alarm and replace a propane door switch. Received a new battery which I had replaced less than a year ago and bolted the propane door SHUT which you need a latch to get into and charged me .....$495.00 for a nut bolt and replacing a battery that costs 100.00 tops Total labor time? 15 minutes tops. No just NO don't go to their service department. read more

After calling around, Three Way Campers was the only place in town that had the trailer lights wiring adapter I needed. Had to use it in 2 days and they got the part from their manufacturer in 1! I was actually pleased with my purchase from here. First off our sales guy Hank was not pushy at all, he didn't follow us around and try to pressure us into a sale like most, he told us take our time, look around and if we saw something we wanted more information on to come get him. He did periodically check on us then went away again which was nice. And for that he got our business. Hank also spoke to the owner for us and got us a great cash price on the camper we were interested in. I also want to add that it's been over a year since our purchase and unlike a lot of horror stories I've heard from people buying campers ( especially new ones), nothing has ever gone majorly wrong with our camper. I don't know if it was just luck or if this place took extra time to make sure the products they were selling, even used, were of excellent quality. read more

This place exemplifies the definition of customer service! I didn't really intend on purchasing a camper when I visited, but ended up buying one that day! Dylan was super helpful with showing me everything and answering all my questions and the transaction was super easy. Josh, Chris, and Nick in the service dept could not have been more patient with my multitude of questions on my new camper! I have confidence in their honesty and the quality of their service work. There is no doubt that I will continue to have more questions but I feel comfortable that they will be there to help. We bought our first camper there back in 2008 and will definately be returning soon to trade this one for our next. I read some of the negative comments below and do not understand. Myself, along with several others that I personally know have purchased campers from them. From the sales department, the store, to the service department we have all had nothing but outstanding service. They have made repairs that I know were questionable about being under warranty but repaired their without the first bit of hesitation or flak towards me. You might save a few bucks if you shop around but will not find another dealership who stands behind what they sell better than the folks at ThreeWay Campers. read more

November 22, 2019 To: 3 Way Campers From: Frank Schott This is the first letter I have written in a long time but I have to commend 3 Way Campers on their excellent service department. I had a terrible time with Lippert trying to repair a slide on my two year old camper. The first service dealership I took it to stated that the repair was beyond their capability and recommend 3 Way Campers. I give them credit for doing this and it was an excellent suggestion. The service department at 3Way worked aggressively with Lippert and Jayco to find out the problem and obtain the correct part. If you ever have a slide problem, this is the place to use. There are several other items that impressed me with 3 Way. (1) Every time I called 3 Way(which was several) I was able to talk to a service manager within 2 minutes. I never got the run around even though I was persistent with this problem. They always went to the service files and updated me on the status of the repair immediately. They were very polite and professional at all times. (2) Their knowledge of slide outs is tremendous. I was able to talk to the floor manager and the actual service technician and received information on exactly what the problem was and how to keep it from happening again. Again, thank you for all your help. I will definitely use you in the future and give your sales people a chance to sell me another RV when I need a upgrade. Frank Schott read more

Was in the showroom today looking at the Sunseeker in the showroom, and was listening to a salesman verbally berating and yelling at a potential customer. If you ask me, thats a poor business model and quite unprofessional, coming from a fellow businessman. I will never set foot on their property again. read more

I called looking for a particular power inlet and while the one I called about was unavailable, they found me the correct alternative in stock and made sure it would fit my needs. 8+ weeks to get an estimate and get it fixed. Every time we checked in to inquire about the status we got your at the top of the pile. Stopped in several times to confront them about the progress we got absolutely nowhere with them. BTW our repair was not major. Went to pick it up and discovered our pin was missing for the tongue. They had no clue and yup we had to purchase one from them. I would not recommend using them for service read more

We bought a camper from a private sale last month. We needed to get our vehicle hitch customized to pull it so we chose Three Way Campers because of two reasons: 1) We like to support local businesses; 2) They had great reviews. After having the process completed, we decided the work wasn't as good as we thought it could be. My husband took the vehicle back to them and they instantly agreed, quickly took care of it, and even went over & above to adjust some other things that they had nothing to do with. As my husband likes to say, "The measure of a business is how they treat you AFTER the sale." EVERYONE in this business is so friendly & helpful.
