We were in town for a wedding and stayed here using our membership points. Checking in and out was fast and easy. Our room was perfect for the occasion, the beds were comfy and the pillows were great. I did request extra pillows and it was no problem retrieving them from the front desk. We took advantage of their free breakfast as we traveled with younger kids. They had varieties that satisfied everyone's needs. The hotel was less than 10 minutes from the wedding venue and several restaurants. All in all, I was very pleased with our stay and experience. Several days after making it home I did notice a charge that cleared from the hotel. Our stay was free, as we used our IHG membership points but did have to leave a credit card on record for a room deposit. I reached out via email and it was all cleared and charged reverse. Would not work with me on booking thru Expedia, I ended up having to cancel and rebook for additional 200 dollars. The would not wave my cancelation after talking with them, so this whole trip for 1 night stay cost me $360. read more

This was a very acceptable one-night stay in Dublin, Georgia following a mid-November wedding down in Swainsboro. It left us a 2 1/2 or 3-hour trip back to metro Atlanta the next morning & is roughly halfway between Atlanta & Savannah. Anyway, the room is standard. Bathroom too. They've gone to the larger mounted bottles of shampoo, body wash & conditioner in the showers & a small soap bar at the sink. That's fine. There was a small amount of water damage at wall outside shower but can't imagine how hotels prevent this totally. I've lowered my expectations on free breakfast at hotels based on experience but this one hit or slightly surpassed, namely on their cool new automatic pancake (not waffle) maker. Fun to watch & quite tasty. Staff was friendly & helpful as I recall. read more

I had a three night stay and they changed it to a two night stay at the hotel without telling me. I called before i got there to add a night and they said that i had only a two night stay. I said i'm staring at the reservation and it is clearly for three nights. I just want to add a fourth and they said no sir it is only a two night. I called corporate and they are looking in to it. I had a similar bad stay in Savannah Ga. They canceled my room and never old me. I showed up and it was gone. They then lied about it to corporate and told them i had canceled the room. As a Veteran, I receive treat ment at the Carl Vinson VAMC. The hospital booked me here for my appts. The hotel called and informed me that the hospital booked the room for me. Nice. The staff is on point! I was in the process of booking through one of my hotel apps when the front desk called me to ask when I was checking in. Talk about proactiveness. Check in was a breeze and there were cookies. Fresh made cookies and lemon water by the front desk. I love fresh made cookies. Cool beans. This is a non smoking hotel. Updated modern decor. My room had 2 queen beds, 4 pillows on each. Keurig on desk, microwave, and refrigerator seems standard. Very clean. The only downside for me was the cable channels didn't have access to ID. (Investigation Discovery Channel) Otherwise, I'm a happy camper. read more

There is no service or hospitality that can make up for being charged more than $1,500, erroneously. We were in town for my mother's funeral and booked two rooms for 11 nights. All final charges cleared our credit card the day we checked out, but an additional $1,500+ charge was made by this hotel more than a week after our departure. Small towns like Dublin, GA have an opportunity to create a quaint and friendly atmosphere. This hotel performs adequately in both areas, but these attributes are undermined by poor billing integrity. read more

We stayed here on May 23, 2018! Check in was easy and Joseph was so pleasant! Made small talk, asked us about our day, which side of the hotel we preferred! The room was really clean, smelled nice! Fresh huge towels. The shower was awesome it had a huge shower head. This room had a fridge and microwave. The bed was soft, soft pillows which I'm extra picky about. We had the free breakfast and you have to try the cinnamon rolls. I had two, they are delicious. The person attending the food was very nice and polite. We barely made it in time for breakfast and she went ahead and let us eat. Everything was very clean and I can't tell you enough how nice the employees are! We left the keys in the room at check out. The lady at the check out told to drive safe and was really sweet. This is my favorite chain hotel. I've never had complaints about any! I will deff stay here again when I'm back in Dublin. read more

Provide the basic amenities: comfortable bed, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, complimentary WiFi, and overall safe to stay. Also the breakfast needs to be complimentary. Some are hit or miss. This was a miss. Wasn't that good but even with that said, not too much of a knock. Right off the interstate, close to a couple of restaurants and fast food chains. If you are in the area visiting for whatever reason, this may be your best option. Overall: C+/B- read more

Pros: great breakfast, there is a pancake maker that made them fresh in minutes. Good selection of yogurts, oatmeal, muffins, teas, coffee, and fruit. Great nights sleep, quick and easy check-in and breakfast is included. How blessed we are to be traveling through our country's backroads and meeting real working class people throughout the journey. I must say that Leslie, the young lady working the breakfast area was so pleasant, welcoming and her warm and friendly smile made our whole stay. Holliday Inn, please reconsider your television channel choice in the lobby, this biased news is divisive and pushes an anti-American sentiment. We decided to have our coffee by the pool without the mainstream media's negativity. Overall we enjoy this Holiday Inn's hospitality and professionalism so much that we chose to stay at Holiday Inn another property while in Charleston the next night, this may have been a mistake and proved to be not quite up to Holiday Inn's standards. Who can resist homemade cookies? At the front desk, all day long. Delicious! Besides the cookies, the hotel was great. The rooms are clean, adequate and a good price. The service at the front desk was wonderful. The ladies made recommendations for restaurants, were polite and friendly. read more

Traveling on business - nice clean updated rooms. Right off the highway - places to eat nearby. Room was spacious - really didn't need a hot tub in the room but hey maybe someone would. Plenty of room - bathrooms updated and clean. Overall not bad for being in Dublin - a little on the pricey side for the location but that may have been the law of supply and demand since I was there for a larger conference.
