Super clean rooms, wonderful staff. Big shout out to Elham, our morning hostess! We stayed two nights and each day it felt like mom made us breakfast. Each breakfast was a bit different, with many fresh options and really felt Ike she was taking care of us. If you want to stay at a place where it feels like mom feeds you before a long day and hugs you before heading out, stay here! You can tell the staff are well taken care of here which translates into guests taken care of. One of the best Holiday Inn Express properties I have visited. read more

Old hotel. Staff were fine but you can hear EVERYTHING. I'm on the 2nd floor and there is someone literally stomp PACING in the room above us. After midnight and it's now morning and they're up again and going walking back and forth. Not sure what the hell they're doing but I wish they'd sit down. If you're looking for a restful nights sleep this ain't the place. read more

The workers are great but I am 5 feet tall and have a very hard time getting in the bed! We even rented the handicapped room because I am still recovering from bilateral knee replacement surgeries. I don't see how someone in a wheelchair could ever get up on this high of a bed! I am 60 years old and have traveled extensively and have never run into this before. I strongly suggest putting lower beds in handicapped rooms. read more

I had a horrible stay at this hotel. Dirty and the accountant billed my room 2 times and refused to reimburse me ( Phyllis) after several attempts please make sure you get insurance protection. Rooms are dirty and the hotel staff is less than helpful do not stay at this hotel read more

I seriously had zero issues the first two nights I stayed here..the last day, that's another story.. I arranged for a late check out for 1:00. Just before 9am, the phone was ringing. Mind you, I was out late at a family reunion and was hoping to sleep in. The front desk was asking me if I was checking out that day. REALLY? My reservation stated I was checking out that day at 1pm. I let her know she woke me and it's supposed to be in the computer about my late check out. She apologized. Forty five minutes later, housekeeping is knocking on my door. far from the standard checkout time. Woke me again. I specifically told the front desk at check in that I needed NO housekeeping during my stay so it wasn't that. Needless to say, I didn't get the expected rest I was hoping for. Communication is lacking here, hence the not so good review. read more

This place was just great. We had a big group coming in for a wedding - not only did they accommodate all of us on the same floor, then also remembered to put gifts in rooms, greet w/ a smile, and say "yes" to all the other mundane requests. It was so easy, I felt confused. Ha. Rooms were nice, shower was great, and you can't hear a THING (and you're right next to the highway). The only issue that I have is that the breakfast leaves a little to be desired for those that don't eat complex carbs (and want a bit more fat), and the price is a little high for the area. I stayed here for a wedding. The staff was friendly and polite. The price was reasonable and the room was what you would expect. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. They had the necessary items like hair dryers, iron and mini fridge. The problem was the lack of sound proofing. I know that in a hotel you are going to hear some noise from the adjoining rooms. We could hear the people in the room above us walking around. From below it sounded like they were stomping around in heavy boots. When it wakes you up, I consider it more than average noise level. Another random odd thing was that the alarm clock had the wrong time. It was completely off on both the hour and minutes. I would expect that would be fixed by staff. read more

Wow. I'm really surprised this hotel only has 3 stars on here. I'm an IHG member and have stayed in countless Holiday Inn's. This is hands down one of my favorite I've been to. My son had this event in the area so we were only planning on staying the night before and then getting a head start back home. We had the best sleep ever on their beds. Wow. So comfortable! So much so, that we booked a second night and decided to just leave early the next day. I don't regret it. I felt super rested on our drive back. That's saying a lot since I drove to New York. Our room was huge and clean. I could tell the sheets were clean because I'm really sensitive and can feel the tiniest food crumb. My son calls it a crumb phobia. :D The blankets were the best!!! The employees at the front desk are really nice. When the printers didn't work, they went out of their way and told me to email them the form I needed and printed it in their office. No grief about it at all. Just really nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend!!! Last thing - we didn't hear anything outside our room. The hotel is by a highway but it's a bit back, not directly next to it. So it wasn't an issue. Our room the second night opened right across the elevator and we thought that was going to suck but didn't hear it at all. read more

The hotel was clean, quiet and newly renovated! The staff was amazing! On the first morning, I spilled something on my shirt and asked the front desk if they had shout wipes in the store. The front desk manager (6/10 am) went to the laundry room and brought out the hotel spot remover for me to use! She saved the day since I was going to a work event! On day two (6/11), I arrived 10 minutes late for breakfast and Elham was cleaning up and saw my disappointment. She went back into the kitchen and prepared a plate of food for me to heat up in my room! These two "WOW" moments told me that the staff here really care about the guest and if my travels bring me back this way, I'll definitely stay here again! read more

Stayed here this past week for business. I felt the hotel to be dirty, uncomfortable and so not up to the standards I've come to understand Holiday Inns try to strive for. Checking in at 6pm and my room was not yet ready. I found that to be odd but whatever. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The fridge needed to be wiped out by me before putting my things in there. One day I returned back to my room for the day at 5pm. I was a bit shocked to see my room had not yet been cleaned. The housekeeper showed up at my door 10 minutes later and I left the room long enough to go out to my car to get something. When I returned, she was done. Couldn't have been more than 5-7 minutes. Couldn't have cleaned my room that well in that short of a time. I will not stay here again. read more

Completely blown away with the amazing customer service here! We reserved a block of rooms here for our wedding guests and worked closely with Ann to ensure the process was seamless. She made sure to keep in contact throughout the reservation process over the months leading up to the wedding and also helped to make sure we had the timing right for all shuttles taking us to and from our wedding venue. Marlow at the front desk was also so accommodating and we couldn't be happier with the level of service provided! Use this hotel!! read more

Nice clean safe Express will stay here again. Breakfast buffet is excellent coffee is superb. Management says headed for remodel again in a few months but is well maintained now. Beds are comfy showers good pressure and hot. No complaints here! read more

Terrible experience. Will NEVER go back. Shower was dirty, tiny hair rubber bands on the floor, things floating in the coffee water reservoir. Reservation was for 2 queen beds but was told only 1 king bed available. Asked for a cot, never received it, yet still was charged. Understaffed & lack of care in general for their guests. I usually love Holiday Inn's & have never had an experience like this at any of their many locations I've stayed at across the US. Very disappointing. read more

I had the worst stay ever, I had an allergic reaction to god knows what in this hotel room so make sure to ask what they are washing the sheets and towels in. Also the rooms just felt dirty and unsanitary I wouldn't recommend it at all. read more

When we made our reservation over the phone and checked in a week later, everything was great. The staff seemed nice and accomadating. When we requested our room to be close to our other friends, the guy said we were two doors down from one another but it actually turned out we were on opposite sides of the same floor but that's not a big deal. Upon entering the room, there was a strong smell. Not sure what it was but it smelled musty like dirty wet rags. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is near the highway so the view was of moving cars but it was surprisingly quiet. Waking up the next morning however; was a nightmare. I went to turn the sink on to brush my teeth and no water came out. I tried a couple more times and there was still no water. I thought to myself "ok not a big deal I'll just brush my teeth while in the shower." To my suprise, there wasn't any water coming from the shower either. I gave it about 5 minutes and still no running water. How can a hotel operate without running water?? We called front desk wondering what was going on and they explained there was a flood and water needed to be turned off. They also claim all guest received a courtesy call that morning to inform about the water issue. We did not receive any phone call and neither did our friends. As a guest staying at a well known hotel, I expected to be notified about the situation and expressed it was unprofessional of them not to notify anybody. They said they would turn the water back on for our convenience like they were doing us a favor but that should have been taken care of in the first place. We spoke with the manager about the issue and it seemed like she was offended about our concerns. She continued to be rude and unprofessional and even cursed saying the f work three times! I was shocked. We checked out and will never be staying at any Holiday Inn Express ever again. The disrepct they showed was unacceptable and I'm shocked any staff member would treat a guest the way we treated. read more

Customer service was great, but that's it. The rooms are musky. The breakfast was literally inedible. Fruit had gone bad, hard boiled eggs tasted a week old and the bread smelled of vinegar and was stale. read more
