No bottled water available for purchase. The Indian lady at the front desk was rude when we requested a replacement breakfast coupon. The guy gave us one upon check in and in the morning I couldn't find it. I'm not saying I really wanted to eat their food, but she was rude about the whole thing. Indian owned and operated. The room they put me in was ok until I opened the door to the bathroom and got hit with the smell, disgusting!! The bathroom stinks like shit, the toilet moves and wasn't bolted down properly and I had to hang air fresheners in there cuz of the smell, and the hot water isn't hot enough I will not stay there again, the bathroom was that bad I would not even give this room 1 star but I had to for this to post Oh ya and the Wi-Fi sucks read more

We stayed there for four nights for my daughter's softball tournament. The room was clean and we had no problems with the room itself. The AC worked great. We knew they would not service the room during our stay. We asked to have our garbage emptied and replenish the toilet paper. They emptied the garbage but didn't bring any toilet paper. The next morning, we called down and told them they didn't give us any toilet paper and asked them to bring some up. They told us they didn't have the staff to do that and that we would have to come down and get it ourselves. So we had to go down to the lobby before anyone could use the facilities. Breakfast was terrible. The food was cold, juice dispenser not working, juice and food items were not replenished. One day we had to eat with spoons because they ran out of forks. read more

This is a nice place to spend the weekend. The room was clean, comfortable and affordable. Housekeeping was excellent. Would have like to have a hot tub or sauna for relaxing since shower was the only option in room. The breakfast was horrible. Could not find real coffee and was redirected back to the lobby for kerig , yuck! Also at 730 the breakfast was out and refills were slow coming. The bacon and sausage brsakfast meats tasted like veggie options ...yuck! I recommend planning on breakfast out if you stay here. read more

Was in town for a rescue mission to bring back over 90 animals to NY. The hotel was great. Beds were so comfy and loved the pillows. Sadly the curtains didn't close so we had an early morning wake up call. The AC works so well I was freezing too. That may be a plus to people though. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Brand new. Great rooms. Just make sure you're not on the Interstate side, as we immediately requested another room due to audible truck traffic, which was immediately accommodated. While we booked thru Hotwire, which didn't include Bfast, the Manager gave us free vouchers. Much appreciated. The egg white, spinach and provolone Bfast wrap was outstanding. Very good coffee. Excellent waitstaff (our waitress engaged our daughter in a wonderful conversation about her upcoming Chess Tournament). Highly recommend this Hotel. read more

Very pleased with this Holiday Inn in Murfreesboro, TN. It was new, clean, easy to get to off the interstate, safe, and less expensive than staying in Nashville. I would definitely recommend and stay here again if ever passing through that part of the country. read more

Awesome hotel. Super nice and friendly front desk staff. I had one little issue with a door lock, and rather than bring it to someone's attention, I chose a playful FB post. The manager James called me the next morning. He never mentioned FB, just that he was aware that I had problem with my door and that maintenance was working on it. James later left a comment on my post to let me know the lock had been fixed. He left behind several free drink coupons and even added a little humor to fb. I am very impressed with the level of customer service. Keep up the good work James and team. read more

We stayed here on our way home from WI. I chose this place because it had a bar and restaurant in the hotel. The staff was great, very polite and accommodating. We did have one issue, we ordered dinner from the bar to take up to our room when we got back upstairs and started eating the chicken sandwich was not fully cooked. So I took it back downstairs and they replaced it and even refunded me for both meals! The 2nd sandwich was delish. The rooms are very nice, clean and modern. I was very impressed with how everything was handled! I will definitely stay here again when passing thru! read more

My first visit to Murfreesboro. This hotel was outstanding. New, clean, attentive staff, and great location near shopping and restaurants.

All I see are good reviews and great experiences on here. I wish I could say I had the same experience. My best friend reserved a SUITE for the bridal party to get ready in weeks before the wedding. She even toured hotels before selecting the right one. She was promised a suite BUT never got a suite. We got a small room with a king size bed. Now how is that supposed to fit more than 10 ppl? Please tell me how are we supposed to get ready? She called the front desk and the receptionist said all the suites were "booked". Ok so why were we promised a suite to begin with? She later talked to the manager. She had zero sympathy for my best friend who was the BRIDE. One of the biggest days of her life and the manager showed no sympathy. She was unapologetic, NOT accommodating to her customers, and didn't do sh** about the situation. Didn't comp anything and didn't even offer us anything for messing up our room situation. It could've been as simple as free snacks while we get ready or something, just an example. How PATHETIC. I will NEVER return again. And I hope the owners do something about the management there bc it's unacceptable. A guest should never be brushed off. I only gave this hotel a two star bc of the service we received. The hotel is new and nice but I can't say the same about the manager and service. Oh and when we finished getting ready, we headed downstairs. The receptionist and manager did not say ONE word to us and just gave us a cold look. My bride was looking beautiful! She didn't need them to compliment her but that just shows you how they treated us. read more

For being a "new" hotel, it seemed already run down. Mold growing in corner of the shower and the toilet paper holder was broken. The king bed was nice and comfy though. And the staff was friendly. Not a fan of the music blaring in the checkout/ common area. Will not use this hotel again-Especially with all the other hotels in the area. read more

Most hotels in Mboro booked because of MTSU graduation. This one had openings, and we are staying in Mboro last minute due to AC being out at home. But I'm feeling like we have been severely price gouged at $208 for a King room. I was anticipating above average luxury and amenities. Well the room is nothing special. Small. The bed mattress springy and hard. TV doesn't have guide or channel info, just have to flip. Called front desk for a bath robe and they don't have them. No breakfast included, $7 per person. I left 3 stars because it is clean, cool, and the desk clergyman was friendly. read more

Stayed here on business. The hotel is very clean, nice, new, and modern. It was nice and quiet. I couldn't hear any other guests. They make breakfast to order some morning (based on how busy they are), otherwise they offer continental breakfast. The made-to-order breakfast was phenomenal. I was seriously blown away. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Room and amenities were nice. The fitness area was even pretty decent. Will stay here again if I'm in the area. read more

But I paid to much money for horrible breakfast I don't mean to be rude but it was very bad it was disappointing to find out that the breakfast was not free and the food was not worth the money, the pancakes tasted sour and looked like tortillas not pancakes. This hotel has been open for less than a month. It is brand new construction. The decor is beautiful. The staff are all friendly and helpful. We absolutely love the Kureg coffee maker in the room! The coffee was so much better than you usually get in those mini coffee makers. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS HOTEL! There are plenty of other options in the area. It is a fairly new hotel, same rooms as any other holiday inn. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I travel a ridiculous amount of time for my job. I stay in probably 30 to 50 different IHG hotels throughout the year. Due to my job I am never certain when I am going to have to suddenly head to the next place. I have never had an issue until this morning when I went to check out..... well before check out time. I was told that I had to pay for tonight also. When I asked why, the sales manager told me that it was because I was supposed to check out tomorrow and I did not give 24 hrs notice that I was leaving, and that it was IHG policy. When I told her that I stay in a lot of IHG properties and have never heard of this "policy" she spent a few minutes digging through some folders and found a printed copy of something she said was it. She also told me that it was on my reservation. I pulled up my reservation on my IHG app and asked her to show me..... she could not because it is not there. She was absolutely no help in resolving the issue and never once offered for a real manager to talk to me to resolve the situation. read more
