The washer sizes range from small to accommodate small loads to extra large that could fit large comforters and pillows. They also offer two different dryers sizes which include regular and extra large, they are reverse spin dryers so your clothes dry faster than other brands. All machines are coin operated, but no need to worry if you do not have cash or coins because there is an ATM, bill breaker, and coin dispenser machine on the premises. The facility has all brand new machines and is very clean and the staff is very helpful and attentive. They have detergents, bleach, fabric softeners, dryers sheets, and stain removers available for purchase if you happen to forget yours at home. The laundromat has several large screened tvs to keep you entertained while doing your laundry. And is adorned with dozens of live plants which I felt was a great touch! I highly recommend stopping by to do your laundry or utilizing their drop off laundry service. Wash. Dry. Fold. Repeat at Wash Wave!

They have previously gone above and beyond for service. I will also be grateful for my past experience and hope they correct the current situation. Recently the staff has changed and the new "younger" staff which in my opinion has no work ethic. I was told by the attending staff she was too busy to accommodate our same day request. She advised she many orders ahead of me and would not be able to accommodate us as it was after 12pm. I then proceeded to do our linens myself as we need them for that same day. I noticed and took pictures of the mostly empty facility when I returned to put our linens in the dryer at 1:00pm. the attendant was vacuuming. Saddly it appears the attendant cannot vacuum and do laundey at the same time. I returned at a little after 2pm and folded our laundry and stopped to speak with the owner. When speaking with the owner the attendant reported having to do an order for the "Spa," of which I noticed was already done and folded when I arrived, sitting on top of the first row of machines. This was a lie. The attending staff also lied to the owner when I reported the facility being empty and lied to make an excuse as to why they were busy. The owner simply stated she had vacuuming and other maintenance to do. So sad
