Josh started to hang the lights and noticed my gutters filled with debris so he offered to clean them for me (for a small fee of course but it was worth it)! There were so much debris!!! Once he and his team were done with cleaning the gutters, they continued with hanging the lights. Josh was so meticulous. He recommended that I hang the lights along the side eaves so that I can see the lights when I drive up from the side streets (genius)! I also asked him to wrap the bushes with lights and wished I would have taken his suggestions to wrap every bush instead of every other bush. Oh wells - I'll definitely do it next year!! Holiday Lights responded quickly to my request for a quote and explained what services and products they offer. When the time for installation came, they provided a window during which they expected to arrive our house and kept us updated when they unexpectedly ran behind schedule (not an issue for us). The installation team was quick and professional, and explained what they were doing. We had no issues with the lights at all despite a very rainy and windy holiday season. The removal process was just like installation--quick and professional. We are very pleased with this experience and looking forward to using Holiday Lights again next holiday season!
