Joel pointed out some issues that needed addressing and instead of "winging it" he got on his phone with some colleagues (one came by in person to consult) who knew the answers and double checked with at least one county inspector for verification. Keeping me from having to deal with any later headaches or repercussions. Doing it right the first time! I did only get to see Joel in action for one day but it was a great first impression. David was able to find a stand in worker (Lauren - He gets a 5 as well) who was every bit as friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
