I agreed to this premium price with the clear expectation of meticulous, high-quality work. Unfortunately, the experience and the final result were deeply disappointing. Communication & Professionalism: Poor. After the unsatisfactory work was completed, I reached out to give him an opportunity to address the issues, but received no response. He claimed they have 1 year warranty on his work. Work Quality & Attention to Detail: Unacceptable. Despite my specific requests for precision, the installation was poorly executed. The lights are not aligned, which is a fundamental requirement for this type of installation. Furthermore, there was a significant breach of agreement regarding materials. He refused to use the provided black hardware, insisting on using galvanized staples instead. I agreed on the condition that they be painted black to blend with the house and lights. This was not done. The visible, mismatched staples make the installation look unprofessional and messy. Value: Not worth it. Paying a premium price for careless workmanship and disregarded instructions is unacceptable. Final Opinion: If you are looking for quality, precision, or someone who honors agreements, I cannot recommend Nick. The poor craftsmanship, lack of communication, and failure to follow basic instructions resulted in a complete waste of money.

There were actually a lot more people than I expected since it was quite a drive for us. We showed up at around 7 PM on Friday, November 8th & had to circle around a few times to find a parking spot. The lights were nicely put up & there were a few small street vendors lined up along the stage area where there was a free live band playing. There was a group of Christmas carolers across the street and a few other live music going on at different corners of the street. My younger sister was sweet enough to join my daughter & I so it made the walk around the shops much more enjoyable. It's also nice to have a photographer! I'm looking forward to coming back for their tree lighting ceremony next week.
