The first time I got a massage here I was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of the staff here. They immediately have you sit down near the door to take your shoes off and put indoor slippers on and they walk you to the massage room. I remember the massage being exactly what I needed at the time. More recently, I booked my boyfriend and I a couples massage for our anniversary, something we've both needed for awhile. We've both been stressed and tense lately and I thought this would be the perfect way to celebrate. They welcomed us as we got in for our appointment and got us settled into our room. Each masseuse could find easily where are muscles needed the most attention. I appreciate that they also stretched my arms to further aid in the relief of my upper back. I was told I was rude and disrespectful as I wanted a refund and was told they were going to call the police if I didn't leave. I work with customers all day long and would never have imagined this type of treatment went on. Beware of this place. Even with a Groupon, not worth it. Groupon refunded me when I told them the police were called as I was rude and disrespectful. They get one star as zero is not an option.
