I don't think I'd do the table shower again unless I had to return to work after and wanted the oils off. Why not 5? She did take a call during my session, though that's understandable as a small operation. She left the room briefly several times without communicating what was happening, so I wasn't sure at first if my time was already over or what. I was prepared to tip 5-10, depending on service. Ultimately went to 12 (20%) because the kinks felt really worked out. She commented "is that all?" but I said 12 on 60 IS a good tip and she seemed mollified and chuckled it off.

Jesse is one of the owners and was very rude to me when I got there and found I had a male massage therapist. I would never have agreed to that. She said my text noted that, but it did not. The receptionist was just as rude telling me she told me on the call I was going to have a male massage therapist. This also is untrue. Rather than trying to make it right, they kept trying to put the blame on me. I was told I was rude and disrespectful as I wanted a refund and was told they were going to call the police if I didn't leave. I work with customers all day long and would never have imagined this type of treatment went on. Beware of this place. Even with a Groupon, not worth it. Groupon refunded me when I told them the police were called as I was rude and disrespectful. They get one star as zero is not an option. Also, Steve, another owner, came up and tried to make it right and cancelled the police call. He was great, but he can't make up for everyone else and their unprofessionalism, immaturity, and complete lack of any business sense.

I booked a 60 min Chinese Tui Na Massage. This massage is not for the "faint of heart" people. They use their whole body to massage/stretch you--fingers, hands, elbows, forearms, knees, feet, etc.--sometimes up on the table with you using the pressure of their bodies. My masseuse (Erica) was strong for her petite frame and the pressure was spot on (I am also a petite person). She found the knots and kinks in my back and worked them until they were pliable. The price is absolutely reasonable. $60 for one hour. Tips are a MUST in my opinion as they clearly work very hard at their craft. I'm DEFINITELY going back for regular massages and ecstatic I found a great spot in Omaha that does massages for relief and not just relaxation.
