I just had a great massage with Becky. She was very skilled very professional and her services were so relaxing. I got a full body massage today as well as a stone massage and area focused deep pressure massage. My only regret happened at payment! She has the credit card payment app on her phone and I got tricked with the electronic payment selecting "20%" tip but it tipped on the discounted (I used a September promotion) cost, and I meant to tip on the full actual cost of service I received. I went back when I realized it....and I intended to fix the mistake but the office was closed for lunch. I'll have to make it up next time. Sorry, Becky if you're reading this!!! I don't do massages often. In fact I haven't went to a masseuse for over a year. After finding Utopia I will be going once a month. Before this I had been to the big corporate place in town and hated the experience. You pay for an hour massage but after they try to sell you a membership or hawk their wares to you it's only about a 40 mins massage that varied in quality from 2 to 3 stars. Utopia has none of these issues. I booked an appt with Becky same day- they were full but when they had a cancellation she called right away to get me in. There was no pushy sales people, rude receptionist etc. Becky greets you when you come in, you fill out the brief questionnaire and you're good to go for a true full hour massage. I try to get a massage every month or two if I can, and I almost always choose Utopia. It's small, cozy, and they have the best deals if you subscribe to their email alerts or follow them on Facebook. With their loyalty deals, birthday month and half-birthday month deals, and regular sales, I have never paid more than 30 for a 60 minute massage, plus tip. I know they offer other services as well but I can only vouch for their massages. My husband is a massage newbie and he enjoyed his visit as well. Both Becky and Hannah are great but I prefer Hannah's deeper pressure (I like to get my money's worth!). The hot towel service is the best. You will not regret going here! read more

Please Note: This review is for Utopia Massage at 105 S. 49th Street, Omaha, NE. I filled out form noting neck and back injury. There were no questions asked and no special attention given to these areas during my massage. The masseuse often massaged with one hand, yawning a lot ( loud enough that I could hear her ) and I felt her nails! She was insensitive when I explained that my neck was really hurting. I had to request that the massage end 10 minutes early. My neck hurts more now than before the massage! I paid for this miserable service but will not go back! read more

I have a friend in Omaha that goes to Utopia, and I saw Utopia's facebook page through a "like" on my friend's facebook page. On a recent trip to Omaha I scheduled a massage with Becky. After reading the reviews and with the discounted price I thought i was going to be in good hands. Turned out I was in for the worst massage of my life. She gave me a one handed massage because she was texting on her phone through out the entire massage. When I noticed she was doing this I asked her to not do this during my massage. She denied she was on her phone which was a lie because I saw her doing it. Have had several massages here, from a 60 minute to a 90 minute massage. If you have the means I highly recommend the 90 minute massage. Both Becky and Nikki are AMAZING! Always so relaxing.
