From no nonsense drop offs, clear instructions and timing on the printed receipts, text reminders when your items are ready, and hours that work for even the busiest of seasons - they make getting items cleaned and pressed simple! I've needed tight turnarounds and top notch service.. and they have still exceeded my expectations. Plus... it is extremely reasonable pricing too.

I've had two large items ruined: a rug and a $400 quilt set. First, I sent in a rug (October 2024) that was odor-free, just needed freshening after a move. It came back smelling like a swampy basement. (I was told they use a 3rd party vendor to clean them, so they weren't technically responsible for the service, just acted as the middle man.) The owner insisted it was just detergent and claimed not to smell anything off. She agreed to reclean it, but the odor remained. The rug was unsalvageable and, being discontinued, impossible to replace--ruining the design of the room. Despite this, I gave them another chance, assuming the issue was with their third-party rug cleaner. This time, I brought in a barely-used winter quilt set to be cleaned before storing it for the season. The place was undergoing renovations, it was sweltering, and the doors were wide open with fans blowing. I was told it might take longer--but surprisingly, it was ready the next day. When I picked it up, the entire package reeked of cat urine, fake floral scent, and body odor. One sham even had a bleach-like fade, though they swore no bleach was used. I contacted them immediately when I got home. Again, I was told it was just detergent. I couldn't even bring the items into the house--the stench was unbearable and multiple family members agreed. I brought it back for recleaning, and the owner, still claiming she couldn't smell anything after putting her nose right into the fabric, supposedly "washed" it again with unscented detergent and deodorizer. It came back even worse--now with a fishy odor added to the mix. I'm now out a $400 quilt set, (on top of the rug that was thrown out in the fall) and all they offered was a refund for the original cleaning. No accountability. Just excuses and an alarming inability to acknowledge clear and overwhelming odor issues. I can't fathom that I'm the only one who has had this problem, but since no one else has shared this issue in a review, I thought I would do so to prevent someone else's misfortune.

In short, this laundromat should be nicer than it is currently. Lately, it's gone from kind of…read moredirty to really dirty. But, I'll be coming back. On paper, this is a great laundromat. Lots of washers and dryers of varying sizes, an ATM, two coin machines, and a couple of vending machines too. The issue with this place comes from the changes made by the new ownership. They did some upgrades; including new paint, installing a lot of security cams, and firing only employee I've seen working there regularly. I think this is a reflection of the new owners philosophy. The problem is, there is no one during business hours to pickup the used drier sheets, lint, and forgotten clothing that normally accumulates during the day. Customers aren't going to cleanup after themselves and this mess looks bad. The washing machines are need some attention too. Customers are using both wet and dry detergents, so a few of the machines had clogged detergent and softener receptacles. By clogged, I mean there's standing water in the receptacle and I can't add liquid fabric softener. On the other hand, dryers seem fine. It's not all bad, they still have a dropoff laundry service. Now, you have to call ahead to make arrangements. In the past you also had the option of dropping it off with the employee on site. Also, as of January 14th, the ATM, vending and coin machines still work. It seems like the owners are trying to make the place more profitable without increasing prices on the machines. Allowing this place to get dirty has already scared off my girlfriend and I imagine other customers are searching for better options too...

It was months worth n there, I went to the other large washer and the same on the lids. I used it anyway. There were regular customers in there and they stated to me that it is always like that, more so since the pandemic. The dryer was good. I am not sure if I will go back.
