We arrived and had confirmation from office but office was closed. Our relatives were staying there and had also talked to office. We got set up and visiting and would pay in AM. There were two rigs. All of the sudden a lady came and said move or I am calling 911. We would've even paid cash that night. No. We had to move in the dark and we're all set up. There was cat poop all over the pads also. This is probably the most worst property managers. Do not live here. You are not allowed to add sunscreens to your patio unless its professonally done. So that means DIY . forget about it. I been repeatdly harassed by the Property Mgr for complaints that he can't prove and knowingly that i am innocent of. This holiday village park is by far highly Racism. Park water gets shut off every week. They have the worst trash and maintenance service. All they care about is selling and filling lots and no care and they expect to charge you multiple uneccessay fees. Roads are bad. Snowbirds Go somewhere else to spend your winter. ZERO STARS THE WORST - LOOKED OKAY ON THE WEBSITE - HORRIBLE We made our reservation for three nights in Dec. 2022 for an April stay for a family wedding. Although I had email confirmation, I tried to call to reconfirm twice. I got the answering service both times and was asked to call back. Fast forward to check-in day. They had no reservation for us, and no spaces were available. After looking through books, making a call to someone in the park, maintenance most likely, she said she had one they "just got the hookups fixed at" and, " I am only doing this for you!"...like it was a FAVOR?! We decided to walk to see it before paying any money. The whole place is sad, rundown, and shanty looking. We left there, sat in our RV, found another RV place 10 miles up the road, and booked it. When we went back into the office to collect our email paperwork showing our reservations (our driver's license copies were attached, etc.), the manager said, "Oh good, wherever you stay, it will be 10 times better than here and, I am not sure the electricity works at the site you just saw, anyway." I wish I could give less than 1 star....horrible experience. We arrived at 3pm yesterday to find the office closed and no one to speak with. Proceeded to the spot they had emailed and had no 30 amp hook up. A gentleman next door called the maintenance man and he stopped by to no avail. I can not describe the disappointment in the facility in general. We will never be returning nor would I recommend this site to anyone. Our trip had been perfect until we drove in and saw this run down park and no office staff. Thankfully we found a beautiful park to stay in. I really should have read reviews on this facility, shame on me. Thank goodness I did not make a deposit. I have left messages with an answer service that never get returned. They have not reached out to us for payment but I doubt they even know we are not there. read more

Update- did not get any assistance from the onsite management or from Corporate. Sold the house and moved. I feel I was forced out I did not move because I wanted too I moved because I felt I had no choice. The harassment from 106 and 108 allowed by management and the selective rule enforcement caused me so much stress, loss of sleep, it started effecting my health. read more

First of all the office staff "Celia" was very nice and helpful. However, the grounds were a train wreck. The main area around the front office had not been groomed in god knows when. It was no more than a large briar patch. A lot of the permanent mobiles home were absolutely beyond belief a disaster. The mobile home a cross from the site were I was assigned was a junk pile someone occupied. People would drive up to the mobile home for a couple minutes and then leave. This went on all night. In 8 years of camping in my motor this had to be the worst place I've ever stayed. NOT RECOMMEND!!!! read more

A truly horrible place to live. Lots of crime, rent goes up often, the surcharge just to read utility meter is almost 100.00 a month. They shut the water off all the time because of leaks and the management has no consideration or empathy for the elderly who live there! read more

My parents moved here 20 years ago and it was beautiful. Currently I live here... not quite true now. It has had several changes in management so hopefully will get better soon. #1 problem feral cats....most likely over 100... trailer next to mine feeds and waters them... counted 10in yard this afternoon. The urine and feces smell is overwhelming. I can't open my windows or use covered porch. Complained and was told manager would look into it. Today was told if I provide pictures and evidence of feeding they could address. Took pics and will deliver tomorrow. My question is the maintenance knows who is feeding ... shouldn't they drive around and make list. Why is this my problem? read more

First let's be fair this place has probably seen better days, but for an older community it is better than many I have seen, yes there are some very old homes in rough shape here, but there are also many many very nice well kept homes. Some recent fire damage has yet to be cleaned up, but this is a nice safe community, in an improving part of town. The 2 pools and hot tub are always kept nice, as is the clubhouse. I have noticed some rough spots here and there but all in all I am a fan of this place. Just look at what has happened in the area recently with the Light rail service, the new cubs facility and park, and the face lift on the sidewalks, this is an up and coming area, and can only improve in the future. I've been here one year and if I had the money I would be gone. Not a nice place to live there is no city trash pick up maintenance guys pick up trash. Water gets turned off because water pipes are always breaking. They don't keep the landscape clean or trees trim. And if you try and keep your yard and trees clean and trimmed there is no.place to put your yard waste because your not aloud to set out anything that weighs over 30 lbs. Also maintains guys read the light, water and gas meters. Cause it's all hooked up to one meter. Had I known everything i know now I never would have bought this place. read more

This is so hard for me to do nothing would be wrong, Cheryl the manager is guilty of theft, lying, being prejudice and just dishonest. I took over a family members trailer there when she passed away and I paid all the late fees that they said were owed and 2 months later there were more fees that showed up. Everything that was said from the office were lies and deceit. It was bad enough losing a family member but then have people in a power position just keep taking advantage of you. They came right out and said what kind of people that would not be accepted to the park color and ethnic background. I could go on and on but I don't want to beat the dead horse like the persons that are running the Holiday Village. And I tried in vein to contact the owners about the management and other felony problems there and they would never get back to me the only way you can contact them is by MAIL!! no email no phone they make that way so you wont respond! read more
