The first job was rebuilding a balcony, which he did in a single day at an affordable price with expert workmanship. Nick is highly conscientious, dependable, thorough, & honest, & his prices are highly competitive. He also does work that's second to none. As far as pricing goes, I'd rather pay a little more for a top quality job than to pay a bargain price for a job that turned out to be mickey-mouse; i.e., crappy. In the case of the latter, it would only cost more in the long run to have the job re-done the right way. He will not overcharge you. His prices are fair. Instead of merely doing patch-work, Nick filled the two walls with rebar & concrete. Although time-consuming, that is the best way to ensure sturdiness & durability. Then, he added stucco to match the original stucco & matching paint. There isn't any job that DIGN Homes cannot do, & I give you my word that you will be thoroughly satisfied with the results. I texted Mathew right after he left. Told him I asked him to take the debris away. Did not hear back from him ,this morning Monday March 16th, 6.30am, I left a message to pick up the debris from my house by 12pm, Mathew responded I never said I would haul off the left over material,said he cleaned up to the best of his ability, plus if he did haul away the material and debris , there would be a $75.00 charge. I called around for a couple of "experts in manufactured homes repairs". got a 1 call back but never returned my call. Jesus was great. called me within a couple of hours, as he was at a job site. He came by looked at problem and said he would be back on specific day. was quoted a price and was very reasonable. He replaced pressed wood subfloor with stronger plywood & 2x4's. put in new flange and wax ring on toilet. He had dental appt but returned and finished the job. also added new flooring. all in 1 day!! I love how the bathroom floor looks now. No soft spots or squeaks. cleaned up and removed trash from job. I will be calling Jesus from Everyday Services for future projects around the house!!

They had to dig a trench in my front yard to install a new main water service line and it was carefully protected and restored; we can't hardly see signs of the trench.
