Sophia didn't really analyze my skin like aestheticians often do when it's your first time seeing them. She told me the neck and chest are not included with my ($230) facial so I agreed to pay more money to extend to those areas. She then rushed through the entire facial as she had another client waiting at 11:45 promptly. Why offer me more services for an additional $95 if you're not going to execute the full facial to optimize my results?! Very confusing. I left her a $40 tip because I'm not an a$$hole but I would not go back to this person for this service. After I put my contacts back in I was very unimpressed with my results. She hardly even did extractions. Perhaps they should not book clients back to back and make their clients feel rushed. Another side note is that they offered me a glass of Prosecco and then charged me for it lol paying over $450 for services and not even receiving a complimentary glass of champs is wild to me. The past 10 years have been a love-and-hate relationship. Like many others, I stopped going to these wellness sessions after COVID. And I had a lot of acquired sessions due to the monthly membership. This year in September, I wanted to make an appointment but discovered my account was suspended. I started calling this location, and from the first call, I learned it was because of an expired credit card. Since September, I have called the location 6 times (into November) and was always told by the front desk they would have the owner call me, but I never received any calls. I was frustrated but didn't want to unleash my anger at the front desk staff because they were informative from day one, but they were equipped with the right tools to help me. That's something only a manager or the Owner can do. But I was told in late October, their manager was on leave. Finally, in November, I got to the Manager, Mayuri, and that's the best thing that had ever happened in the past 3 months. She took matters into her hands, called me back the next day as she promised, and I was able to resolve the issue in less than 15 minutes over the phone. When I looked into my emails, I noticed Mayuri, again, was the helpful manager who assisted me during COVID time when I had to put the membership on hold. If it weren't for the pleasant experience with Mayuri, I would have left them after 11 years of loyal membership. And to the owner, I don't know who you are, but if you are not going to take care of your customers (like all these promised calls), please at least empower your employees with the right tool to assist customers. Because if it weren't for these polite, nice people over the phone, many would leave this membership.
