I have been seeing Sherry (licensed massage therapist) for 3 years and can't imagine life without her! I live in chronic pain with my neck, shoulders and lower back mostly stemming from a car accident back in the 80's that caused severe whiplash and other injuries. Over they years as predicted my neck has DJD and arthritis. But when Sherry works on me my pain is relieved and I feel good for awhile. I am so thankful to see Sherry on a regular basis which has helped with the chronic tightness and pain. Granted if I had the money I would go everyday! Sherry is always so warm and inviting when seeing us. She offers us a variety of essential oils to choose from during our massage and never pressures us into purchasing them. To the business owner: Yes, Sherry, that's why I said your employee "tried" to commit fraud, because the hotel staff promptly notified us and prevented her from doing so. I didn't say she was successful. I sincerely hope the "enormous lesson" Sherry takes away from this is to hire and train trustworthy staff and uphold minimal customer service standards, rather than to shift blame. I mean, she's "spoken with the massage therapist" -- is that an apology? And her company won't visit hotels in the future? Because the problem is the stellar hotel, and not her ill-trained and unethical staff? Please. When I contacted Sherry directly, her idea of customer service entailed bizarrely arguing that "the appointment went well" on a number of irrelevant points, including whether my mom may or may not have hugged the massage therapist (seriously, WTF?). How does that even begin to address attempted fraud? It was only when my credit card company and the 3rd party became involved that I was immediately refunded for this train wreck. read more

Wow...did my experience happen in the twilight zone?? Everything was great and I'd do it again! My girlfriend got us both 2 hour massages on groupon or some on line coupon deal. I was stoked when she gave me the gift, she's the best! Sherry and another masseuse showed up at our house on time. Both were very professional, nice tables, clean heated sheets and pillows. They gave us a very good deep tissue massage for the full 2 hours, packed up and left. It was a great experience having a 2 hour massage in my own living room! I have been experiencing upper back tightness and pain lately, working from home and not sitting in a comfy position at my desk (that's my fault). I usually go to my chiro in Long Beach but needed a closer one from home here. I couldn't be more happier! I told Sherry where I was experiencing back pain and she worked the muscle groups so well and precisely! You can tell she definitely knew which muscles were tense and really massages the areas out. She also used essential oils and cupping on me, per my request, and it enhanced my relaxing experience. It was my first time cupping, and after reading the benefits, I wanted to try it. Sherry handles the reservations herself and she is incredibly professional so the process goes seamlessly. Then the masseuses show up early, but wait outside until you're ready. It was one of the best massages that I've ever experienced!!!. I work as a hairstylist and I tend to stand for long hours with my arms up in the air working on my clients.
