I was excited to try this spa and based on other reviews try a massage with Jess. I have to say this was a really bad experience. The two stars are for the cleanliness of the spa. To me it's obvious that Jess has had limited training as I had a 90 minute massage with her and around 35 minutes of it was her just rubbing my lower legs to the point I almost asked her to stop. I asked for some work on my chest and there was nothing. Additionally, she didn't massage my quads or hamstrings. I wouldn't recommend this spa based on my experience and I've had over 500 massages in my life. Sorry to have to share this but wish I would have known before booking my appointment. read more

I felt Sara's strokes and technique were very intentional the entire time. Sara was very attentive. They even played better spa music this time as well. The service is wonderful here; each masseuse I've had has done a superb job. I usually get the combination massage, so i appreciate they ask you if you prefer more stretching or more massaging. The masseuse will also ask you if there is any muscle you want to focus on, before the massage starts. I came here and my muscles felt very relaxed after the Swedish treatment. The staffs offer hot tea after your treatment and they are really nice. I've been to Jasmine Wellness Spa twice now. I scheduled with Jess both times and her skills, pressure, and care is absolutely amazing. She is one of the few therapists I've had overall that asked if there were areas she should focus more on. She even checks in once in a while to make sure the pressure is fine. I had one of the best thai massages recently here from my masseuse Katie. It felt like the amazing ones I had from thailand last summer actually! Katie was so gentle and attentive; asked me which areas where I felt the most tensed, which was mostly around my shoulders + neck areas. I loved that she paid extra attention to those areas during our massage session. I felt so amazing & rejuvenated afterwards. She gave me some hot fruit tea before I left. The prices here are very reasonable. My session was only $70 for 1hour and they have a variety of different massage styles & length of time to choose from. Truly a hidden gem of a business, and I hope they continue to get more customers because they deserve it! - PARKING - The lot won't look like your typical Spa location, but trust the directions and it'll lead you to a business park area. - SERVICE/ENVIRONMENT - When you walk in, there is a wayfinding directory, but you'll find the Spa on the first floor to the right. The business itself isn't a very large space, with just a small waiting area and the rooms being the individual massage rooms. The staff was very accomodating - there was some rough traffic heading up, but they were flexible and adjusted their schedule so that I could still make my treatment. They were very courteous and respectful during our massage, and always checked in to make sure they were putting the right amount of pressure. - EXPERIENCE - Couples Massage: My fiance and I booked an appointment to have a couples massage. It's really just being able to experience a massage with one another in the room. They gave us time to undress to our comfortable state, and when they began they asked us of any specific areas to work on, or to watch out for. They really knew how to find all the knots in my back, and gave great stretches too! I've seen Jess now three times, and I can't fully express what a great massage therapist she is. Due to some of my medical challenges I need more pressure in some areas but extra caution in others. Jess checks in many times to make sure the pressure is correct. The price for a massage at Jasmine Wellness is ridiculously low. In the past I have paid twice as much at fancy spas and received massages not half as good as what I get from Jess. I had a really nice 1hr massage at this spa. The therapist is really skilled. I had some tense on my shoulder (office syndrome that kind of tense). She spent more time massaging on that area and it really disappeared. The room was clean and there was relaxing music playing all the time. Bed was warm. The atmosphere is really nice. I made an appointment online with Tanya. I arrived on time to my appointment. She checked me in and took me back to my room. Once I was in the room she switched with another therapist unbeknownst to me. The other therapist came in late and started the massage. Only massaged half of my back then started putting her knees into my legs which was very uncomfortable and unnecessary. I came there for a Swedish massage not a stretch and Thai massage where they walk on your back and legs. After working out legs a day before it is very uncomfortable and borderline painful to have someone put their knees into your legs. Smh. I am very disappointed that first it was not communicated I would have a different therapist and secondly it wasn't even a good massage. read more

All the ladies are lovely and kind. My massages with Vicky were especially excellent. Probably best massage I've ever had. I love the incorporation of light stretching towards the end of the massage. Super easy and quick, plenty of appointment slots open! The spa is in a business park, which is a bit different, but inside it's very soothing and clean. My masseuse was welcoming and really good about communicating throughout the experience to make sure I was comfortable with the pressure levels, the stretching, etc. I booked an hour long combo massage, so Swedish and Thai, and it was such a good mix to get out all my terrible knots. I've had many deep tissue, Swedish and shiatsu massages. The thai massage that Jasmine gave me was the by far better than any of those. I really appreciated how she not only massage my muscles and tight areas, but her stretching of my arms and legs really helped my tightness more than other massage. I had such a wonderful experience here. First off everyone is extremely nice and welcoming. I have 2 kids at home and one is a newborn so this relaxing time was much needed. I had a 1 hour massage. I loved this massage because first they start you off by stretching your body - you don't think you need it untill you realize you do . Right after that the rest is a soothing relaxing massage.
