Been a while since I've written an update ~ I have been to Seven Falls a few times since my first review. Almost all the girlies in my family have also tried them out because of how great they are. My mom and I got a couples deep tissue massage a few months ago and it wasn't very good. All of the women we had in the past weren't there anymore so we tried new massage therapists and we left disappointed. BUT we shared our thoughts with their team and for Mother's Day we went back and the therapists were so nice and made sure we left feeling amazing. Good lesson to give a biz a second chance. First time here. Made reservations for a couple massage and a facial in advance. Online reservations are easy to make except when scheduling for the same type of treatments (e.g., hydrofacial). However someone from the spa called and then texted me with follow up questions, which was helpful. They only have 1 hydrofacial machine so were unable to do 2 of this type of facial treatment at the same time. Can do certain facials together in the same room if you are booked for a couple massage, but not the hydrofacial (which makes sense). So I opted for a different treatment while my sister received the hydrofacial treatment. My facial treatment was specifically for a skin concern, but to be honest, it just felt like any other facial. The aesthetician was nice, but didn't seem too familiar with certain skin conditions and topicals used (e.g., tretinoin, clindamycin, etc). The facial wasn't bad, but just felt like it wasn't specifically tailored like my normal facial back home. The hydrofacial was nice per my sister, and the aesthetician was also pleasant. Although redness of the face does not always indicate rosacea... Most of these types of spa tend to indicate rosacea even though it is not. The cost of the facial treatments is fair. The full body massages were good. I requested for a deep tissue massage and my sister requested for a Swedish massage. Both massages were great. I added the hot stone therapy for an additional $10, which was nice. Pricing was also fair. The facility is clean and the ambiance was relaxing. The decór was appropriate and certainly added to the serene ambiance. They have different rooms with different themes, and they are appropriately dark. The front desk female staff was also very nice and welcoming. They provide you with slippers to wear also and have a storage shelf to place your shoes. You can also request for no CBD oil, etc. Parking is also widely available throughout the plaza. Overall, will likely come back for a massage in the future if in the area, but will likely skip the facial. My usual massage therapist is great, and the pricing is also lower than here. However, this spa's ambiance is definitely better and more serene. read more

I think I've found a new fantastic addition to my self-care routine. I booked the Seven Falls Special, which comprises a full body massage plus foot massage, and the whole experience was excellent. Genuinely one of the best massages I've ever had- the massage therapist really identified the areas where I carry the most tension, and worked them out. The foot massage was the perfect addition to the full-body massage-- I loved the eye mask so the relaxation could continue a little longer, and the massage chair during treatment was epic. Wow! I think I found my new massage place! I was looking for something last minute and stumbled onto this recommendation. I had the best deep tissue massage I've ever had, hands-down! I've had dozens of massages over my life, and Russell was the most skilled deep tissue technician I have ever experienced. He was incredibly strong and had many unique techniques that were fabulous. He had extremely firm pressure and kept checking in with me that I was OK. He beat the ever loving crap out of me in the best way possible-- I think I'm hooked! The facilities are very nice and super upscale. You get slippers in the reception area and a hot towel for your hands. Everyone was extremely polite and professional. The ambience was wonderful. Came here for a couples massage with my boyfriend. Honestly, the massage itself was good. It was not super memorable, but it did its job and helped me unwind. We were not really a fan of the receptionist though. She did not make us feel welcomed or comfortable at all and came off kinda hostile. It lowkey set the tone when we first walked in. The masseuses were great though, super nice and friendly, which we appreciated. I feel like it is a bit pricey for what you get. Found this spot through Yelp search and I am very grateful I did! I was looking for a spot to get a massage and found this place had plenty of appointments available. I booked their spring renewal package (30 mins foot massage and 60 minutes body massage). I just want to say how much I appreciate how communicative the staff here are when they were running behind. They were only running about 10 minutes behind but they sent me a message about 40 minutes before my appointment to let me know! I feel like most places would just not tell you and leave you waiting once you get there, I really appreciated the proactive heads up. The foot massage was surprisingly relaxing despite essentially being in a room that felt like a series of pedicure station seats. The lights were off and they gave me a heated eye mask which helped me relax and just focus on the foot rub which was lovely. The massage chair was surprisingly comfortable too. I'm usually not a big fan but whatever setting they had it on really helped work out some of my bigger muscles in preparation for the body massage. My masseuse did an amazing job on the Swedish massage, the pressure was perfect. I also loved the hot stone treatment it was exactly what I needed. I saw they're opening a location in Irvine soon so hopefully I will be able to try them out again soon at this new spot! read more

When you walk through the doors inside the facilities, they have foot massages at the front and massage rooms in the back. We made reservations for a deep tissue massage which lasted an hour. I don't know if my body was just tight but the massage had a lot of pressure and I was sore for a couple days after. It felt really good at times but occasionally it crossed into more painful. I probably could've told the masseuse to go lighter so that's probably my fault. It was a really good massage though! I don't go to many spas and get many massages but I enjoyed my time here. Nestled in the Heritage Hill Plaza and next to the Lake Forest Heritage Hill Historic Park, it's a very clean place. The front desk staffs are cordial and professional. After you enter into the main entrance/hall, the lights are dimmed and prepares me for relaxation environment. I did the 1.5 hours deep tissue massage. The therapist was very professional, would ask me the level comfort of pressure, and would focus on my neck shoulder and low back. I felt taller, stretched out, and relaxed by end of the session! i've gotten massages before, but this was my first time with seven falls and it was incredible! from the minute you walk in, it feels like a luxury experience. the receptionist was so sweet, and the aesthetics are done so well. if you're there for the first time, you're given a waiver to sign. then you put your shoes in a little cubby to switch into slippers. the receptionist guided me to the room. i feel like many places have "rooms" that are just separated by curtains these days, so it was nice to have a private room. the ambiance was so relaxing. i did the seven falls special and it was worth every minute. it was a full body deep tissue massage for 60 minutes and, once done, you're guided to a little massage chair pod for a 30 minute foot massage. the massage chair itself was incredible, and they had heated eye masks for you to put on as well. i felt like jello afterwards, i was so relaxed. it was an incredible experience, and i would definitely go back again! read more

Great massage experience! The price was decent, and for a 60-minute body massage plus a 30-minute foot massage, I melted and found myself drifting off to sleep. The staff were welcoming and courteous; there's ample parking in the complex, and the atmosphere was all about massage/spa vibes, meaning it wasn't loud and was calming. My masseuse, whose name I sadly forgot, but he made sure the pressure wasn't too hard or too soft; essentially, it was tailored to me, and that's what really made the experience, because there are some massage places where they just do it but don't take into account what the customer is experiencing. My friend I did the seven falls specia ($110, additional $10 for deep tissue), 30 min foot massage in a massage chair. Then we moved onto the body massage 60mins in our individual rooms. We both opted for the deep tissue massage and boy was it deep tissue. My body immediately felt better, I could tell a difference. The service from booking the appointment, hand towels and slippers while checking in, and even the bathrooms! The bathroom had heated toilet seats (amazing). The rooms and the whole interior were thoughtfully designed, they had koi fish reflection lights and so much more. Just a few videos to show how great this place is. Incredible massage! Had a deep tissue with hot rocks (I've never had someone incorporate hot rocks so thoroughly, and creatively) I have a small lipoma on my shoulder blade that causes extra pressure and tension, the therapist a fantastic job loosening my muscles around it and making sure my arms and my side pressure was relieved. The spa is beautiful. I was in so much pain when I walked in, and I walked out feeling incredible. Got a last-minute appointment too! Thank you so much! I made a same day appointment online for the foot and full body massage special. They called me an hour later to confirm and actually offer an earlier session. I arrived about 5 minutes earlier than my scheduled time. I was quickly greeted and provided with documents to sign and taken to the the first room for my foot massage. As it was my first time, I didnt know what to expect. I was seated in the massage chair, which has a deep seat so you kind of fall into it. The room is dark with a galaxy like lighting on the ceiling. My massage therapist arrived and greeted me and quickly covered my eyes with eye covering. I didn't expect that so I was adjusting myself and constantly guessing what was next. She gently positioned my feet and started the massage while the chair was doing its thing. I was hoping for more work on my arches and a little more pressure but I didn't know how to address the issue because I was disoriented with the massage chair and my eye covering. I just let it be. It was still nice and relaxing. The deep tissue massage was in a smaller room in the back. I believe Lisa was my masseuse. She found some tight muscles and worked hard to work them out. It was a painful relief. I wasn't able to crack my back in my own but after the massage I was easily able to twist my back and crack it in several places. It definitely felt my muscles at ease and relaxed. When I go back, I plan on mentioning a more firm massage for my feet if possible and opt for the deep tissue massage again. read more

I get a lot of massages from everywhere and I was expecting this to be the usual "Asian reflexology"massage type place where no one speaks English and it's rundown and cheap and the massages are inconsistent, but usually decent. I was shocked by the ambience, it's extremely clean and really really nicely decorated. Almost like Korean spa quality. The problem is that the masseuse are the same as those Asian reflexology places so one day you'll get someone who is tired or inconsistent in their technique and the next time you get someone digging into you with their elbows. Both times I got the "deep tissue" at $90, which is expensive if you consider them comparable to an Asian reflexology place where you get the same pressure as a "Swedish" for $50. I also noticed some inconsistency in their practice, the second time I went, they gave me slippers to put on, but I didn't get that the first time. The first time I was offered a drink, but the second time I wasn't. Also, the first time I got five dollars off for using Venmo or Zelle, but not the second time. Not a big deal but I like consistency. At the end of the day, it would depend on my mood, if I want the luxurious all day experience, I'd opt for Glen Ivy or Burke. If my priority is the ambience, customer service, and cleanliness, id go with Squeeze but for the same and location close to me then I'd go with this place or Massage Envy. If I need to get beaten now for cheap, I'd go to massage square lol. read more

I brought my family of four here for some rest and relaxation. We were warmly greeted and given slippers upon entry. We were led to our massage rooms and each room had a different theme. All of the rooms were really nice and cozy. I'm 5' 0", so my masseuse had an easy time massaging me. I had a deep tissue massage, so I was sore afterwards. My husband is 6'2" (football player build), so his masseuse had a hard time massaging him. Therefore, I would not recommend this place if you are a large athlete. My experience at this massage spa was so relaxing! My friend and I decided to be spontaneous and try the Ocean Wrap which you get naked, they give you disposable underwear to change in, get wrapped in foil and they heat up the bed. It feels like lava rocks burning your skin. For some, it is too harsh of a burn, but for me, I was fine. I was able to last the entire time, although the last 10mins of the wrap was too hot. My friend had to be unwrapped and said she got itchy from the ginger wrap. They massaged my head and face the last ten minutes. After the wrap, I had the deep tissue massage and that was amazing. I've never had such a long back massage before, and they even massaged around my neck and clavicle. Then massaged arms and legs. I caught myself falling asleep 4 times a which I've never done before during a massage before. I think having the body heat up from the wrap helped me ready my body for the deep tissue massage and relax more. read more

I love this place so much. When they advertise foot massage, they actually concentrate on the feet. 30/60 minutes of pure bliss as they work on the muscles in your feet and work out the fascia. If you have plantar fascitis or feet issues, their foot massage is the best deal!! They treat their therapists well and now they're opening up a 2nd location in quail Hill irvine. I wish them the most blessings! Plenty of parking and parking close to the curb. They're in a shopping Plaza and across from the Wendy's and Calf & Chick and next to the urgent care.
