In addition to the massage, she gives helpful stretches and exercises to help problem areas. I really don't think I would have survived my half marathon and full marathon training without regular visits! I switched from distance running training to weight and strength training (I'm very happy for regular marathon runners, but I think I'm sticking to 10ks and shorter from now on!). Michelle was very knowledgeable on the changes my body and muscles would experience with this change.
