I wanted to do the initial instruction in person on day one. After going back and forth a few times we came to an agreement of 1:15pm on Saturday. Less than 30 minutes before showing up, I received a text asking to change it to 2pm. I had already left my house. I waited more than an hour. My next interaction with the live instructor he fell asleep. My next interaction was scheduled for 6:15 and he didn't show up until 6:30. A little disrespectful of other peoples time. I'm sure he's a good guy, but my time is valuable too.

However, Eric, the Co-director, put us in touch with Bev and she came in on her day off to accommodate our schedule to do some craniosacral therapy. Eric even contacted me to be sure that appointment was going to work. All more than I would have expected! We arrived and just upon entering, felt the tensions beginning to leave. The atmosphere is so supportive! We also decided to take an infrared sauna and "whole body vibration therapy", which I had never tried. I highly recommend both! She frequently pushes upsells (aura cleanses, extended time, her sister's sessions) and the price changes constantly ($80 listed online, then suddenly $150-$185 with excuses about moving or family). She reschedules to suit her convenience, not yours, and has switched readers on me without notice. It comes across more like high-pressure sales than genuine spiritual guidance. If you're okay with quick, expensive sessions and constant upselling, go ahead. Otherwise, I'd look elsewhere.
