I texted Emily to request for a female massage therapist and she was incredibly helpful and confirmed that I would have that. I booked via ClassPass so I was not able to choose who would be doing the massage upfront. On their site however you can choose! Emily also shared incredibly detailed instructions on how to enter the building and were to park. I wish I took photos of the establishment but you'll just have to take my word. It is absolutely beautiful and the set up is quite nice. They have spa water and normal water available. I felt very comfortable from the beginning my massage therapist shared how long she has been in the field and her background. She was about open communication which I very much appreciated! I did just that and asked the receptionist if everyone was vaccinated and she said no. So no masks, unvaccinated staff who say they are (this was as of August when I asked the question), which is negligent and unlawful, let alone crazy unprofessional. I was charged for missing my appointment when a return phone call to me was AFTER my scheduled appointment time. I was charged $50 and never refunded my money for overpayment when I was on a monthly membership. I'm sad, disappointed I'm not worth a response or the honest truth, and I feel duped. Caveat emptor, buyer beware!

In addition to the massage, she gives helpful stretches and exercises to help problem areas. I really don't think I would have survived my half marathon and full marathon training without regular visits! I switched from distance running training to weight and strength training (I'm very happy for regular marathon runners, but I think I'm sticking to 10ks and shorter from now on!). Michelle was very knowledgeable on the changes my body and muscles would experience with this change. Post-massage she gave great advice on stretches to do to help my muscles endure the exercise switch up.
