Once I realized what was going on it was easy to find and access. You drive right past the front entrance when you drive into the parking garage. Got lucky and found a parking spot 3 cars away from the garage entrance so I just walked back out the way I came in and went through the front door to the lab. Waiting time for draw was short (I went early so about 20 minutes), as was the the time it took for results to post on the Quest app (4 days), which I highly recommend getting. Had very small waiting room inside, but large one just outside the door. The tech was professional and personable.

Now I get the insurance bill stating provider billed 80.63 plus they are charging another 52.05. I paid it! It is 7 months past. My doctor never got the results and neither have I. I cannot have another blood test to see if I m diabetic being I already had one test recently. I would have to pay for it out of pocket again. They didn't enter it into My Peace Health. Don't use this company.

My doctor initiates the order and it's there when I arrive. Everyone working here is friendly, professional, caring and most important, take vials of blood without causing pain or needing multiple pokes! So important. I'm talking about Zac, Vanessa & Elizabeth. They are not only gentle with the needle, allow use of the butterfly needle unlike the others, but are friendly, patient, sweet & easy to work with. Their kinder in a stressful pandemic situation than others were outside a pandemic. Unfortunately Zac is at another location now and Vanessa floats to different locations. Fortunately Elizabeth is still there... for now. The location is good about Covid safety. They are now by appointment only so you're in the office with no more than 1 other person. You only walk in once you get the text to go in after you check in on your phone. They check your temp when you walk in, not that that helps asymptomatic cases, but they can only do what they can. They have Purell hand sanitizers, not the cheap dollar store Assured brand a doctors office had that was FDA recalled for methanol! So glad I slathered that baby on all over :/
