Not a single worker at the front desk the entire time I spent in the waiting room (which was HOURS). Instead, there is a single kiosk that is supposed to do the jobs of their workers (or worker? I doubt there's more than one given the pace they move at). I tried calling before going in, as the website instructed me too, but no answer nor callback. Please go anywhere else than here, unless you plan on wasting your day away in the waiting room. Overall horrendous care. And Labcorp, do not apologize and respond with any "we will look into this to make your experience better" nonsense. That's been said already, yet here we are, still experiencing awful care at your hand. If you truly cared about your customers, you would have listened to the dozens of others complaining before me and actually have done something about it. Making sick people wait 6 feet apart in line then telling them to sit cheek by jowel in the waiting room for 1+ hour wait. And they close at 3:30 so if you get there at 2pm the receptionist will tell you " you are too late". And conflicting instructions, "check in at kiosk", you must have written orders with you, there are no standing orders, etc. The phlebotomist is doing data entry instead of just drawing your blood. They should look at the Kaiser system for ease of access and good service.

Dr. Go called me to tell me my results and treated me like an addict, interrogated me and made me feel so disrespected. I did a drug test that same day and it came out negative!! I also went and did another drug screening at LabCorp the very next day and everything came out negative!!! I do not recommend this site but if you MUST, make sure they place a patient label on the sample and have you sign the sample label!! They did not do this for me and I have reason to believe it was a faulty exam or a mix up on the lab's end!!!

Sarah took initiative and helped us out. She pulled me back and took care of making an appointment a Emmanuel for my son. I was already stressed out so the fact that she took her own time to drop everything and tell the front desk to print things out and call to schedule an appointment was great of her to do. She even printed out directions and highlighted things for me. When I first went in the front desk just said that they don't draw from children so little but when Sarah stepped in she took over and took care of everything for us. Great customer service! There is no other telephone assistance available except billing. Also they have done away with having a person to book you in at Legacy Salmon Creek. I was there last month and my wife helped several older people book in, as they couldn't make head nor tail of how to book in electronically. I used to like this particular lab location before Labcorp took over. Now it is pants! I'll find somewhere else to get any labs done in the future. Very poor company overall and very poor service.

People made an appointment they take priority, so why do you accept walk-ins? What are the walk-ins expected to do but sit there all day long. If your employees are not going to take the time to see walk-ins and take the five minutes they get in between patients to go talk bad on the patient in the back (which we overheard) then don't accept walk-ins. Then I was greeted by Joe the phlebotomist. He researched everything to make sure the vials were properly labeled so it would be efficient and easy barely felt to stick at all. He did a great job.

I regret paying in cash because had I paid with my debit card I could've challenged the charge. I don't think I've ever encountered a medical business run more unprofessionally before. I believe he is related to the JSE Labs Owners. I wanted to warn people to avoid using Hunter for any testing or reporting. Our results were incomplete and incorrect and we have spent several thousand dollars to correct his work.

They quoted me me 2-3 days on the analysis (which was fine) but had something for me 24 hours later. Way to over-deliver! I also called them about how to best take samples and what they needed. As a residence owner, not a contractor, their help and reassurance was very valuable. Had 3 different samples tested and thankfully only 2 of them had asbestos in them.
