I can get into a car with ease and sit in chairs like regular adults. RehabCare was AWESOME! They are kind, considerate and super professional. The nurses are caring and very attentive. The leaderships presence was always visible and they are motivating leaders. The social workers are GREAT! Dr.Isoma has a great bedside manner, very caring and very smart! The Morrison's food is delicious! The business office is very helpful! Oh, and Crestview has the best wound team anywhere! People always complain when there are bad things but we fail to identify GREAT PEOPLE and GREAT OUTCOMES, Crestview mimics GREAT PEOPLE( THE CNA's, NURSES, Jackie in activities, REHABCARE, MYRA, AVIS, PHALONDA, MORRISONS and the DOCTORs). I tracked down Kelly Conley, my former PT, from Emory after two bad (they tried treatments for a…read moreproblem they couldn't diagnose; these sessions made the problem worse) physical therapy experiences in East Cobb. I drove up to 90 minutes per session and as hard as that was- it was worth it! Kelly is in one word: AMAZING! After some hard sessions over a few months, she helped bring my chronic pain (for 14 years!) from a 8-9 out of 10 to a 0-2 out of 10! I would wake up writhing in pain from my back. It felt like muscle spasms. Throughout the day, if find myself making funny movements to stretch. I felt tired all the time...and grouchy. At our first session, she immediately found my tender points and quickly figured out the cause! Bad posture from: carrying heavy backpacks, sitting improperly during long commutes, and just from sitting. Between manual therapy and dry-needling, she fixed the problem! She had me order a foam roller to stretch my back at home, encouraged yoga since it helped, taught me proper posture (how embarrassing), and home exercises to maintain our progress. I haven't seen her in almost 9 months and I keep improving on my own. The change in my life is indescribable: I'm sleeping well, have lost over 10 pounds (I have the energy to make healthier meals and to walk), I'm more engaged with my family, and just feel like a happier person! I feel like a new person-and I am! The woman at the front desk is professional and sweet. Beautiful office! Best office ever!
