This clinic is beautiful and clean --exactly what an urgent care should look like. It's warm and nicely decorated so one doesn't feel like they're in regular a stark, germ-ridden urgent care. Instead, holistic urgent care has a calm, spa-like setting which sets patients at ease. More importantly, the doctors are kind, caring , and above all, they are progressive, forward-thinking, and intelligent. My two qualms with this clinic is they NEVER answer the phone! Even when you leave messages!!! What kind of medical clinic--especially an URGENT care clinic--doesn't answer the phone?!! They clearly need more front desk staff--one to answer phones and maybe two more to check patients in/out, and another to help with supplements. The front staff could also be a little warmer but maybe they're just overwhelmed and overworked. The front reception of any business is its first point of contact and if that is not warm, caring and responsive, then how can it's business survive?!! Secondly, they will bill you for any follow ups, even if your one question was not pointed out during your appointment and only warrants a yes or no answer. You will be billed for 15 minutes even if your question takes 15 seconds to answer so be aware of this. I understand the doctors are extremely busy and that their time is valuable but the nature of medicine is that there is almost always follow-up questions which the doctors don't fully explain during the appointment. The staff doesn't make clear the follow up policy so just keep this in mind should you become a patient. If you do, you'll most likely have to just drive there and take your chances to get in same day. read more

Absolutely ridiculous. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Patel for urgent care. However, when my lab results came in another doctor was on duty. I called back the morning after she prescribed me medication, because I have some questions about my treatment plan (there's a new medication, meaning a new diagnosis). I was told I would be CHARGED to speak to another doctor, even though all I was going to ask were follow up questions regarding my treatment plan for an appointment I already paid for. I explained how that didn't se correct, and the receptionist held her ground. This is negligent and unethical. read more

The traditional medical system essentially chewed me up and left me with severely debilitating symptoms. I'm a cancer survivor, a chemotherapy-induced heart failure survivor, and now thanks to Dr. Miller and Tiffanie I'm living my life fully again with a new diagnosis that NO one out of my six traditional medicine doctors even attempted to draw labs for. Within in an initial visit, three infusions, and a second visit with Dr. Miller for lab review I went from not being able to stand up or move without dangerous-level dizziness to being back to my normal pre-cancer, pre-kids energy and physical capabilities. We love this place. They quickly became our primary care, as they were always Holistic Urgent Care and Primary Care. Our whole family used them for our annual check ups. We eventually changed insurance plans and quickly realized that any time we came in we were being charged for Urgent Care. I brought to their attention that they were our primary care and we were told me filled out the correct paperwork to be a part of the Primary Care practice. They stated that while they may be, but any time you come in for a visit that you call for is always urgent care. Well....our insurance doesn't offer that many urgent care visits. Love the doctors. DANGER - This Clinic DOES NOT REQUIRE STAFF OR CLIENTS TO WEAR MASKS! How unprofessional to expose both clients and staff to Covid-19, a debilitating and potentially deadly disease! I was so excited to find this clinic near where I live. I called to make sure they offer Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation (UBI) which the receptionist assured me they DO. Their prices are 20% higher than similar clinics, but it's worth it to be close to home. I'd planned to buy a package of 10 treatments to start. I'd also intended to make this my regular clinic based on gret the reviews. Dr. Berlin was very compassionate. We discussed my symptoms at length. I then asked for the Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation (UBI) therapy. To my SHOCK she said they don't offer UBI. But I'd just confirmed that they did when I called! She said they only do Ozone alone. I've tried both UBI with ozone and ozone alone. I've only had good results with the complete process - not just the ozone. She said she was sorry there was confusion when I'd called in. I felt frustrated that i'd just paid $150 out of pocket for a consultation, and no treatment. She asked if I'd be willing to just try the Ozone. Well, it costs more than another clinic does for both UBI and Ozone. It would be like paying $55 for a 6oz steak when another place charges $30 for a 12oz steak. It just didn't make sense. However, I didn't want my $150 new patient fee to be a total waste, so i asked if I could try the ozone at a discount since it would be a gamble for me. She called Dr. Becky Miller (the owner of the clinic) who said no. Dr. Berlin begged Dr. Miller on my behalf. She would NOT budge on the price. So petty! I asked if I could have my new patient fee of $150 back since I would not be a patient. Again Dr. Becky Miller said no. The end result is that I lost $150, but Dr. Miller lost a lot more! Her unkindness cost her a potential client since she'd rather be greedy than compassionate. She can afford marble in her bathroom, but not let go of a measly $50 for a client who came for a treatment that was promised, but wasn't even offered. So cheap and short sighted. I don't do business with with doctors who put Profits before people! Photos show gorgeously decorated lobby - seating for about 18. It seems Dr. Miller has plenty of money for decor, but won't spare $50 to remedy a situation caused by her staff. Ironically, this lovely lobby remained empty the entire time I was there. Hmm. I took my son here when we couldn't get answers anywhere else after numerous Dr. visits, a round of antibiotics, and steroids. My son was still exhibiting very concerning symptoms and breathing issues at night - terrifying! I was desperate. Dr. Valerie did a more comprehensive exam than all the other appts combined. She set us up on a regiment - the ONLY thing that helped him! Finally - after a full day of breathing treatments and supplements, he started to get better. I was so grateful to find this place after I became severely sickened, later determined from working inside a water damaged building. Getting fluids several times along with ozone therapy helped stabilize my salt levels and find relief at a time when recovery seemed impossible. The lesions on my face that traveled to my ears likely caused by mold and mycotoxicity responded well to ozone and began to heal after treatment. I am grateful they sent me home with nebbulizing treatment to address the daily cough and rasp that came with MCAS response of daily rashes. They continue charge you money for talking to your doctor and having the doctor explain test results that they ordered. Also my doctor is apparently out of town for a few weeks and can't go over the test results that he ordered until then. If I were to have another doctor go over the results, that's an additional fee as if it's my fault the doctor had to go out of town. read more

Absolutely phenomenal!!! This office is by far the best I have been to. I came in on March 18th for a prolonged migraine and nausea, I called to make an appointment and easily set up an appointment for 1pm. I was checked in very quickly and barely had to wait in the room to be seen. The room was very comfortable and well lit, especially considering my head was in such severe pain. It made me feel like they were paying attention to my needs from the start. Dr. Patel was very attentive and caring, and Tiffany was EXCELLENT with inserting the IV. They were both very comforting and pleasant and the treatment was very helpful. Dr. Patel also recommended a few supplements and medications I could take to prevent future problems as opposed to just a one day treatment and sending me on my way. I cannot stress how much I appreciate the attention and effort that went into the care I received and I highly recommend anyone and everyone goes to this clinic as well. read more

Dr. Becky Miller and her staff are phenomenal practitioners! I'm from Los Angeles, and though we have plenty of Urgent Care facilities, I don't know of any that are Holistic. That's a huge bonus. It means her Doctors are critical thinkers who don't just chase symptoms, but rather treat the whole person and get to the root cause to start the healing process. Instead of giving you pharmaceuticals and sending you on your way they listen, do innovative testing and they offer incredible modalities that aren't commonly available in allopathic medical based facilities: infrared sauna, homeopathic injections, ozone therapy, IV therapy, acupuncture, cupping etc. If you want to feel heard by your doctor and receive treatment that is specific to your needs while utilizing natural ways to heal, this is the place!! read more

I had high hopes for this practice. It would be nice if a doctor that advertises herself as "holistic" didn't have the same power drunk, God complex that is so common among allopathic doctors. I brought my children in to be seen for a skin condition a year and a half ago. I'm still so bothered by my interaction with this clinic that I haven't stopped thinking about it and realized it would be a good idea to warn other like minded individuals away. We were seen by the NP. She kept leaving the exam room and consulting with the doctor. The doctor never bothered herself to come and see the actual children but we did this ridiculous back and forth every time I had a question the assistant couldn't answer she would leave, go ask the dr and come back and report. I was prescribed oral antibiotics and a topical antibiotic cream. When I immediately filled the prescription I noticed they had prescribed one tiny tube of cream for 3 good sized children (one teen). I called the office multiple times and got the irritable and curt front desk person who promised call backs that never came. When we finally pressed her after the 3rd call, she said that the doctor wouldn't give me more cream because she didn't want me to rely on that and she wanted me to be forced to give the oral antibiotics. Excuse me? Number 1: I WAS giving the oral antibiotics even though I had expressed hesitation because of the long list of permanent side effects. Number 2: I am the mother and at the end of the day I will use my God given intuition and authority to decide what is the best course of treatment for my children. Clearly I was not being negligent, I paid almost $500 to have them seen by a less than competent physicians assistant. The doctor never did have a conversation with us. She played the same game of telephone with her front desk person as with the NP. Doctors should advise, teach and empower. Not play the role of narcissistic, authoritarian medical overlords. It's a tube of cream, not a controlled substance for crying out loud. We spent another $200 to speak to a teledoc that prescribed an adequate quantity of the antibiotic cream for 3 children without hesitation (which was the only thing giving them immediate relief). If you look through the negative reviews, and read Rebecca's responses, you will get an idea of the attitude and regard they have for their who dare to question the quality care or customer service they received. My mother, husband and I have been coming here since March. We absolutely love this clinic, the IV services, the blood panel and all the information provided. They're genuine and so kind. After my blood panel results, my oxygen level results were pretty low. I wasn't surprised since I have a high stress job and anxiety from time to time -both which appear to trigger some people (myself being one of them) to hold your breath. After going to my first Ozone therapy session with vitamin IV treatment, I noticed a HUGE difference the next day during my workout. This is our first every experience with an urgent care or ER with our toddler. We generally feel comfortable with treating her fevers and respiratory symptoms at home. We were out of state and feeling panicked being away from home and our "medicine cabinet." Finding this place and booking the appointment was the BEST decision we made before heading back on the road for a long drive. The staff got us in less than an hour before closing and even stayed late making sure our daughter got every last drop of her breathing treatment. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Miller. We were traveling out of state when our toddler became sick. We called the office and they stayed open late for us just so we could avoid the ER and be given prescription medication that we were not willing to give. The nebulizer was MAGIC and thank God for her because we had an easy 6 hour ride home through the night instead of anxiously driving home or ending up in the ER. Look, if holistic medicine isn't for you, then it's totally understandable seeing a traditional urgent care, have your PCP call something in or head to the ER.
