The voicemail box is full, so I can't even leave a message. At this point, I can't tell if the office is still operating. This is extremely frustrating and concerning, especially for patients who rely on timely communication for their health. Reliable communication is the bare minimum expectation for a medical practice, and unfortunately, this office is falling far short. I guess I'll have to find a new doctor that responds.

Her holistic approach is just what I've been looking for. Dr Snead is very patient & kind. He did the internal ultrasound that discovered my fibroids. I absolutely LOVE that he offers to pray for you after every appt. He recently did my hysterectomy (11/2024) he prayed for us before surgery which really helped put my nerves at ease. I'm healing so well and I barely have scars. I've heard a few say Ms Angela rushes around. If so she does her job well and really listens. It's up to the patient to advocate any needs. Every time I walk in I am greeted by the staff at the front desk. I love how they decorate the lobby according to what holiday is coming up. Puts a little smile on my face to see those personal touches. I am not kept waiting for longer than maybe 20 minutes most of the time I visit. The lobby and patient rooms are always clean and tidy. The restrooms inside the office is well decorated to make it not feel like a 'gloomy doctor office' (if that makes sense). Anytime I ask her a question or concern I have she always has the right answer to it and makes me feel at peace. She has recommended other doctors or services if I am in need of something she does not cover. She is great and friendly but I just wish our visits were a little longer to talk to her more. My visits and talks with her always feel like they are too short. If you are thinking of setting an appointment the number will direct you to the general hospital network and from there they filter to the people as needed.

The Doctor Stephanie gave me a bimanual exam where she shoved fingers in me without warning or telling me what she was doing while I was describing my issue. She knocked but rushed back in before I could finish dressing and sat there while I was naked talking to me. The front desk told me there would be options to reduce the price of my visit based on financial need since I didn't have insurance, but later charged me full price after because they found out that I have an insurance that they said they don't accept. Dr Stephanie said I only had a yeast infection and a urinary tract infection and prescribed me medicine that they made me buy on the spot. I went to a different doctor and found out I had ureaplasma, bv and a kidney stone. As a 22 yr old I hated my experience and will never come back.
