So... why you advertise online that you keep pharmacy open from 10:00AM to 6:00PM when you close for lunch? If you are so rigid about closing for lunch, why don't you keep a sign in the drive through line saying "pharmacy closed"? Why this pharmacy doesn't keep at least a team to deliver medication during others lunch time? I think your stock price is a reflection of your customer treatment. Try to improve that. It is a shameful customer treatment in this place.

There were two female employees a couple registers down standing talking. When one walked my way I asked if there was anyone else working in the area. The employee responded she was busy. I asked if she could help me and she replied I'm busy. I told her I had been standing there awhile waiting. The female employee shrugged her shoulders like 'well what do you want me to do about it'. I had ordered over 100 dinner rolls and six fruit and veggie trays. A phone call would've been nice letting me know that my order wasn't gonna be ready but no, I had to call them and speak with somebody who could give two craps about my issue. So I went in shopped what I needed or strike that actually I shopped what I could get. I didn't get exactly what I wanted. Spent more money, all over there incompetence. There's no sense in placing an order three days in advance thinking that you're doing somebody a favor and playing it safe. The safe bet would've been Costco.
