I've had them replace a…read morestrip of shingles that came loose in a storm, they fixed a bad leak around a vent pipe, and recently they replaced my entire roof with a high-quality hail-resistant roof, along with repairing a rotted soffit. We just went through one of the worst snow-storms in decades, and my new roof appears leak-free. They also did some nice things I did not expect, such as painting all my vent-pipes to match the roof, along with straightening a crooked vent-cover that had been knocked out of place by a huge windstorm. Also, I did not know they did soffit repair until they came out, and the team that did it did a beautiful job. I consider Red River Roofing to be a professional company that follows a very organized set of procedures to make sure that thing go right.
