I requested a brushed stainless two-handle faucet (the exact replacement I'd picked). They arrived with a chrome single-handle model instead. They also missed two appointment times. The install itself took about 40 minutes, with no plumbing problems or leaks discovered (straight replacement). Overall cost was $670 including a ~$70 faucet, which I felt excessive given the simple job and the mistakes. I'd used Suntech before during Memorial Day weekend for a clogged toilet when my regular plumber wasn't available. The plumber cleared it in ~30 minutes for $179. Because of that prior experience, I trusted them with this faucet replacement, but the wrong faucet, missed appointments and excessive pricing made the experience disappointing. I called the manager to address the wrong faucet and late/ missed appointments; I didn't feel the concerns were meaningfully resolved and the explanation was mostly general overhead. I wouldn't use them again.

The flange was broken and whomever originally put it in did not grout and support it like they should have. The hardware provided by this plumber consisted primarily of water lines. Installation of three sets cost over two thousand dollars! This was after I complained and they realized their mistake. I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone in the area given a choice and regreat mine.

One week later, the unit is fried again, so they send out different technicians to assess the problem.
