Sometimes I would ask the opinion or advise of the owner, at times he was helpful but usually he was more interested in selling things that did not work for my growing system so its important to know what you want before you go there. Every time I went there I would call him and let him know of my arrival time. The thing that bothered me the most was that when talking with him on the phone most of the time he would put me on hold and tell me there was a customer standing in front of him and then when I was there actually sitting in front of him in my wheelchair he would talk for long periods of time on the phone and when I asked him to take care of me he explained that he was on the phone with a customer. I felt this to be extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate so the last time I walked out and never went back.

The knowledgeable staff was able to answer all my questions, and inform me of the advantages, disadvanges and tips fo using various different products, from soil addiditves to fungicides. Growers World is a newly-opened store, and I was pleased to see that they are planning to offer a range of courses, covering a variety of growing techniques. I sit in my car for 25 minutes and see the sign has been removed. I go back and the store is all locked up. No one around. It's 1:43pm now. Terrible business ethic, extremely unreliable, and will never see any more of my business. So on my way home I found a different place and spent my $1300 on a new complete tent set up and now they will get my business.
