Once confirmed, buyer reached out that day and inquired and negotiated direct with us prior to visiting Hilltop. Hilltop qualified this inquiry as an 'existing customer' translating to a 2.5% increase in commission. Long positive customer relations compromised for $3400. Unethical and desperate David!
