So if you choose anyone else... just roll up what they want to charge into a Slim, tight roll and insert it into a pop bottle, place on the lid and toss it into the trash can. The rep said as much, and asked if i would like to renew the membership today. I checked my credit card statement. The payment for April went through on the second. This happened on the 21st. I showed him where the payment was not declined for this month, but still argued that it was declined. I am paid up until the next billing date of May 2nd. Again, this has happened to me twice. the first time, I fell for it and paid for a wash, when I shouldn't have had to. Do they pick random customers to do this to to try to get extra money out of them?
