Clothes you would find at the mall perhaps. The cashier was about 17 or 18 years old chatting with a group of her high school friends admiring torn jeans and tank tops. The vibe has changed somewhat and maybe that was their intention. I just think with Mayfair close by we have enough, Hot Topic and Ragstock's that it's not necessary to bring a satellite of those stores to the Wauwatosa Village.

The prices are expensive. It is supposed to be high-end, but the look of certain items look like they could be priced lower due to looking just as good as discount stores. The woman that manages the downstairs dresses department seemed nice at first asking how we are. However, it seemed she had an attitude. I don't like to say she did something for sure, as we don't know if she was just tired or didn't know she was coming off that way. However, we were standing in front of the dressing room. I was deciding whether or not to try the dress on and she again asked if we need anything. We said I was going to try the dress on and she said "in there" with a rude tone. Then, my boyfriend was going to come with me and she said "just her" with another monotone voice. She didn't smile at all during talking to us, even when she asked how we are doing. I hope for people in customer service to do their service of kindness and a smile.

Staff is friendly, and there are some unique items. Figure-8 scarves, purses, hair accessories, even some evening wear, and much of the store is reasonably-priced. Moto-bike leather jackets are trendy now and I noticed prices are lower than other stores. You have to check this store out.
