The store was organized really well and had cute items throughout. One nice thing I noticed is they had plenty of the items displayed in the windows- it's always a bummer when you fall in love with something and then there are only a couple in the store. That's not the case here. There are dressing rooms in the back and the staff were helpful and friendly. They also were playing Taylor Swift which I appreciated.

Prices were on the high end but the products unusual so splurge-worthy. I went in there the other day and it looked like the buyers are now about 17 years old. Clothes you would find at the mall perhaps. The cashier was about 17 or 18 years old chatting with a group of her high school friends admiring torn jeans and tank tops. The vibe has changed somewhat and maybe that was their intention. I just think with Mayfair close by we have enough, Hot Topic and Ragstock's that it's not necessary to bring a satellite of those stores to the Wauwatosa Village.

Customers can be inconsiderate letting things fall to the floor and not picking them up etc. The windows need to be cleaned. They always seem dirty.

I don't like to say she did something for sure, as we don't know if she was just tired or didn't know she was coming off that way. However, we were standing in front of the dressing room. I was deciding whether or not to try the dress on and she again asked if we need anything. We said I was going to try the dress on and she said "in there" with a rude tone. Then, my boyfriend was going to come with me and she said "just her" with another monotone voice. She didn't smile at all during talking to us, even when she asked how we are doing. I hope for people in customer service to do their service of kindness and a smile.

Joy Cleaners has been one of the best. I came in after a week worth of laundry with a flight the next morning. They were kind enough to have my laundry done the next day so I could make my flight, which is normally out of the question for them because of the high volume they handle. I was genuinely grateful they made it happen. I also want to add this: I have had some horrible experiences at other places where my clothing came back forever damaged, shrunk, stained, or treated like it did not matter. That did not happen here. Everything came back clean, folded, and handled with care, and it felt good coming back home to clothes that still looked like mine. On top of that, I was glad to support a local family business that clearly takes pride in their work. If you value good service and careful handling, in my humble opinion, Joy Cleaners is worth it.

Needed to take my Canada Goose Parka in for a cleaning before storing it until winter. The tag…read moresaid I could wash it myself but I just wasnt comfortable with that. I also had a Dooney & Burke handbag that was all discolored and I took that in as well. I looked on Yelp for a nearby dry cleaner and this one popped up. I met with Sam, the owner, who greeted me right away. He asked if I had been here before and I told him "Nope, I found you on Yelp". He seemed very happy to hear that. He did look over my coat and said it should be a pretty easy job. Runs about $35 but right now there is a 30% discount going on. Then the bad news, he looked over the purse and said he doesn't do them anymore, he was going to refer me to someone else but said it would be between $60-$75 dollars. I just decided that it wasn't worth it, and I'll just give it to my granddaughter to use. (she's 8). All in all I found him to be friendly and honest. Prices seem reasonable too. I probably should have waited to get my coat back before I wrote this review but I have confidence that everything is going to be fine

Disgusting unprofessional, and just weird. They ruined my fur blanket and denied leaving a blue mark on it. I have photo evidence and although they are able to refund me the rather expensive $40 fee for the cleaning, my blanket was $98 and now has a blue marker stain on it. I would've been fine with the refund, but while talking on the phone, the owner was rather rude and patronizing. He kept interrupting me and laughing while I was talking. and they refuse to admit that they were the ones who stained the blanket. Dont go here, it's overpriced and they are careless and unhygienic. Wash your damn hands.
