When I initially walked in my first impression was that the place was extremely clean. The nurses were extremely kind and helped right away. I felt like a priority. There was a really open environment to discuss health topics not just with the nurses, but as well as the people in the facility. You could tell the building itself has state of the art new technology that immediately made me feel like I was in a professional environment. The rooms themselves are very aesthetic. When I walked in with my nurse Lindsey, she was very communicative with my concerns. I have been getting vitamin shots and drips for sometime now in another location before moving to San Francisco and I'm so happy I found my new place. The variety of IV Drips are amazing, and all injections are absolutely painless. I had no bruising. I highkey recommend the fountain of youth or any of drips with glutathione- it always makes me feel so much better and these IV drips can also serve a preventative to dehydration if your headed to a very dry place or a festival! I overall love the process and would 100% come back. My experience was so worth it and Lindsey is truly a gem. She made me feel so comfortable and really knew what she was doing. They also have other items like body scans, etc that will allow you to see health progress! But I really recommend the shots and drips because MY GOSH I feel so much better after it. Once again - health and wellness accelerator !!

Her deep, science-based understanding of physiology, especially when it comes to female and athletic bodies, is truly unmatched. She meets you exactly where you are, tuning in to your personal needs while offering practical, meaningful guidance that leads to real change. What sets Shanti apart is her whole-body, natural approach. She's not someone who pushes a Western medicine fix for everything--she's incredibly attuned to the body's natural rhythms and honors the simplicity and wisdom of how we're built. She challenges me in the best ways, always pushing me toward actual growth while being emotionally supportive and truly caring along the way. And honestly--her approach works. I've been dealing with insulin resistance and hormonal shifts, and in just two months I've experienced a major, positive transformation in how I feel and how my body functions. I first worked with Shanti before my wedding and reached my goals, and came back to her when I decided to come off birth control. The results have been even more powerful the second time around. If you're ready to take real action and make sustainable, lifelong changes for your health, I can't recommend Shanti enough. She's the real deal

I received an email from B12 Love about microdosing GLP-1 peptide shots (0.5mg) for chronic…read moreinflammation (knee joint pain in my case). I have this issue due to two ACL reconstructions, a fully torn lateral meniscus, and a Baker's cyst in my left knee. I reached out to B12 Love to explain that my goal was pain relief, not weight loss. Lalena Menon did not tell me GLP-1 shots can't be administered if your BMI is under 19. Instead, she said I had to pay a $279 consultation fee to talk to Dr. Graser. During the consult, Dr. Graser also didn't mention the BMI restriction, even though I stated my weight and height. Both Lalena and Dr. Graser knew this from the start, but neither disclosed the BMI rule. I paid the fee, had the bloodwork, and bought a month of GLP-1 shots. Dr. Graser suggested three months of use but did not mention the BMI issue. I experienced side effects: extreme heartburn in the first week and diarrhea in the second. By the third week, the pinching pain in my knee had eased, though stiffness remained. At my final visit with Dr. Graser (3/13/26), after a BMI test, she finally told me they can't administer GLP-1 shots if BMI is under 19. Why did B12 Love not disclose this from the start? They must have known about the BMI requirement. From this, I suspect they care more about money than health. Dr. Graser and Lindsay (the office manager) tried to sell me future shots (but not GLP-1). I have pain today, which I wanted help with in March. Offering shots in the future does not help with current pain. Not disclosing the BMI rule for GLP-1 shots is misleading when someone seeks relief, especially after sharing weight and height. I hope no one else experiences B12 Love Marina the way I did. Total disappointment when seeking pain relief.

I had a great experience coming here. Dustin was the main PT I saw, and Lisa was the assistant I…read moresaw when he was unavailable. They were both really knowledgeable and friendly; I always felt really comfortable in their hands. I had been to a PT for the same issue years ago and didn't see any results, so I was a little weary when first returning to PT. But the second that I started talking to Dustin, I knew that this would be a different experience. About halfway through my sessions, I no longer had pain, which was seriously a miracle. I had been living with knee pain for about ten years, and now I'm finally rid of it! Dustin spent the rest of our sessions building up strength and coaching me on proper form so that I can keep it up now that I'm done. And Gigi at the front desk is amazing! So helpful and professional. I'd recommend this location to anyone.

PHYSICAL THERAPY:…read more One physical therapist would always be on their cell phone and make small talk instead of watching my form during each 45-minute session. Another one was extremely impatient when delivering a life sentence diagnosis. I couldn't tell if they were just having a bad day or just taking it out on me. Either way, it was extremely unhelpful. They lectured me for 40 minutes about how my life will be filled with injuries and that I should stop getting medical imaging. I only got imaging when I did what that physical therapist said I could do and either didn't get better or got worse after six months, something I didn't have the heart to tell this physical therapist. The only other time a different healthcare provider scolded me was to quit a stressful job. I could at least sense that they did it out of care for me, though they were still telling me that it was all my fault. But during this lecture, I only felt dismissed with each gentle, diplomatic question I asked. They kept telling me to trust my body, something I gently reminded them that studies show is very hard to do with the diagnosis they gave. During their lecture, I asked if they could muscle test me so I could know which of their exercises to do more of. Muscle testing takes at most three minutes. They refused until I started crying. I've never cried in front of a physical therapist or doctor before, even when they delivered damning news. When they finally muscle tested me, they gave advice that contradicted advice they lectured me for 40 minutes for. Had I not asked repeated to be muscle tested, I would have gone home to do exercises that would have created more imbalance in my body. They told me there's no hope though they aren't an expert in some of my issues. I asked if they might ever take classes on one of my issues that they never looked into and I finally learned that they aren't an expert on, and they didn't even bother to test or observe or ask for previous medical records. I got no reply. I don't expect anyone to be an expert in my issues. But I do expect basic politeness instead of defensiveness and impatience. Instead they told me not to do any of the physical therapy exercises from a different provider who at least gave exercises for one of my issues. They also repeatedly told me if I'm not in pain, I'm fine. That's something that isn't possible for someone with my diagnosis. I told them that I lived that way for decades, only to get more and more injured in my whole body. Rule #1 for anyone in the healing world: unless you're god or you know every bodywork modality in the world, don't take away all hope someone has. I'll never book with a provider before confirming what they know about my issues or insisting that they look at my previous medical records. BILLING DOESN'T LIST DATES OF SERVICE OR SEND BILLS TO PATIENT BY MAIL OR EMAIL: Their new system stopped mailing bills to me without telling me. They started mailing bills to the guarantor of the health insurance account, which looked like solicitations for donations. Meanwhile I was getting mail asking for donations. I can't make this up. So the guarantor (my partner) didn't open letters from UCSF because they never went to UCSF for healthcare. When my partner finally opened the mail months later, they saw they were bills for me. None were itemized. So I emailed asking for dates of service and to make sure I didn't get charged late fees because when I log it, it still shows that I signed up for paperless bills, though I never got one for years! Five business days later, I still haven't heard from them. And there's no option to talk to billing on the phone.

She worked on those areas then left me with homework. Shes helped me postural sitting-at-a-desk too long issues, as well as improved my performance at rock climbing. There is no one I recommend more.

Simply put, Maury is a phenomenal massage therapist who deeply understands the bodies and psyches…read moreof athletes (and us former athletes who mess ourselves up by sitting at desks all day...) She's like a cross between a physical therapist, coach/trainer, and Professor of Kinesiology, all wrapped together with an intuitive touch and lovely personality. I first got a massage from Maury after another massage therapist messed up my back, leaving me unable to fall asleep from the pain. Maury worked through the inflammation and taught me how to recognize when a deep massage starts getting TOO deep. (Is this a problem for anyone else? Like, where it's hard to tell if it's a good hurt or a bad hurt during a massage?) Even when I see other massage therapists, I use a trick that Maury taught me to give me the confidence to ask for the therapist to decrease their pressure (or to ask for more while being mindful of my limit.) Maury is great for a relaxing massage, but really shines if you are trying to get the most out of your body. As an athlete herself (ran track, was in the Army, still plays soccer in a competitive league), she just totally understands the crazy stuff people push themselves to do and knows how to nurse you back to health -- and, probably more importantly, how to help you avoid injuries in the first place. For example, I was telling Maury that I had started getting into running again, and I couldn't understand why my lower back was hurting. She watched me run a bit and then gave me a few pointers that have totally erased the back pain -- and increased my ab definition :) In short, Maury is a baller. Highly recommend!
