The nurses were extremely kind and helped right away. I felt like a priority. PLEASE READ BEFORE COMING TO THIS DANGEROUS PLACE: I would give absolutely zero stars if I could. I came here for a b-12 injection and the nurse injected me into my buttocks in the completely wrong area!!! The nurse hit my sciatic nerve (yes she's a certified nurse she should know where to inject) causing excruciating pain and immobility for the past week. I've had to miss work, haven't been able to sleep, and spent hundreds going to a physical therapist to figure out how I can be able to move comfortably again. I'm only 26 years old and have had no physical health problems ever in my life. This is seriously not okay she could have paralyzed me or someone else. After contacting them about my iatrogenic injury, the front desk receptionist was extremely rude and didn't seem to care whatsoever. They said I would be contacted by the physician to dispute this and she has only sent me one email asking for medical records and then just stopped replying to me. This place is dangerous and I would not recommend anyone coming here for any kind of treatment whatsoever. Very very unhappy and I just want to be healthy again so I can go back to my normal routine :( read more

I had the most unpleasant experience with this business, unfortunately, as I was very much looking forward to consulting with the onsite physician. The issue was that of respectful communication, or lack there of; and one of condescension when inquiring about blood work that I was asked to upload prior to an appt I had made. After sending the requested information, no one confirmed receipt that it was received. The night before my appt I called to explain no one replied and I needed to know if my labs would be accepted. I did not want to have to redo and pay for the same blood work twice in one week. I was curtly asked "who told this." ......and what email did you send it to". I gave both answers. When the email was finally opened up, i was told "oh I see it. We have been short staffed this week and haven't had a chance to look at it" My email was sent 6 days ago. I was then told this was "extra time" and we were doing "something special" for you. I was offended at the tone and implication. This was my experience. My perception. But after a simple call to ask about the bloodwork and whether or not it would be accepted, the energy of that interaction left me distressed and unwilling to see the doctor there. It was uncalled for and could have been handled so much differently. Especially if I have to interact with such ..... As a healthcare provider myself, this is not how I would expect my staff to interact with any of my patients at my place of business. Kind is very simple. read more

I was blown away by the serene nature of this office. Not only did it not feel like a stressful doctors office, but the employees and doctors were nothing but professional and kind. I've been fortunate to be able to go to Biohackr more times than I can count over the last year, which has truly helped me move past the whole pandemic experience. I genuinely feel better after doing their injection or IV treatments. It's a calm, comfortable and hospitable setting and very clean. I highly recommending the team at Bio hacker, since after just 2 visits both my mental clarity, cognitive function, sleep, stress all the way to dare I say my vaginal rejuvenation... I love going to this place for IV therapy. They have the perfect setting for a relaxed environment. They have these massage chairs that are very relaxing. I've done the NAD IV therapy couple of times here and I love it! Every time I get the NAD IV I feel energetic, my mood is enhanced, I remember things a lot faster (brain fog is gone). Also, the NAD price here is a lot more affordable than the ones I've been to before. They offer a lot more services like aesthetics, hormone replacement, weight loss therapy. I paid an exorbitant amount of money for this place to do a rapid PCR Covid test when my family had a Covid scare. At the time, they were promising results back within 30 min to an hour. When I got there, this place was a mad house with tons of people waiting. Their credit card reader didn't work and so it was hard to pay. Eventually I got everything sorted and did the test. They warned us that one of their Covid test machines was down but that we would still get results promptly, just maybe not within the 30 min to an hour as previously advertised, no problem. I ended up waiting like 6 hours and still didn't get my results even though others in my family were starting to get them. Since the place was about to close I called them to ask what happened. Turns out that they had sent my results to the wrong email address which is pretty questionable since it had my medical information on it. Then, when they sent me the results, my name was misspelled... thank goodness I wasn't using this result for travel or anything like they or it would have been a hassle correcting the misspelled name. Generally, for the crazy amount they were charging ($175 per test), I would have hoped that they would have had been more prepared and more professional. read more

I'm very discerning about anything I put in my body and do my own research. I found the staff, including the manager Alisa to be very friendly, professional and knowledgable about their offerings even as new research was surfacing. I have trust in them. I must say, I don't normally review but was compelled to after seeing a couple of negative reviews for Biohackr from people who appear to have not even tried the services and are mad about a single interaction. In any environment, including healthcare, people can have a bad day or even make mistakes. It doesn't mean the whole operation is terrible. I had a serious injury initially misdiagnosed from a top UCSF Radiologist and Orthopedic surgeon. Does it mean they are terrible at their jobs? No. They misread an MRI.
