I left a message around 6:45pm and received a call back within 30 minutes, and scheduled her to come to my house later that evening. She was very professional and accommodating, and her travel fee was very reasonable. There wouldn't have been a fee at all (except the normal signature charge) if I had come to her but I was halfway through putting the kids to bed, so I asked her to come to me. Why did I waste my time with anyone else? I don't usually have to get thing notarized. I just assumed a mobile notary would be expensive so I first went to my bank. They made things so hard I wanted to punch a wall. I went to the UPS store, again some of my ID wasn't perfect so they just said no. Holly was so helpful. She did research to help make sure how to best help me. She was very easy to communicate with and she was so accommodating. The story doesn't end there. There was an issue with the stamp after I sent it in, but Holly was there again to help me. We've been trying to get some property documents notarized but was having trouble because we needed two witness signatures and with everyone having such a busy schedule we weren't able to get anyone. The bank does notary but not provide witnesses. We went to the AAA they unfortunately said the same thing. So we went through Yelp and found Holly! We called her on Thursday she was booked through Friday but did ask what we needed so we explained and she said she would get back. She sent me a text asking if Saturday a.m. was good and that she would have everything ready. She was so close to us we went to her. Holly along with her husband and daughter were there. Very nice family. Her daughter Katie Shook who we found out is also a notary so with her help we were able to get everything signed and completed very quickly.
