I arrived after 4pm and your worker told me that the store would be closing in 45 minutes & i acknowledged it as I was browsing for specific items. She then seemed more agitated and let other customers know that she would be closing the register earlier than she had told me. I am shopping here because my funds are limited and wanted to see if they had something specific for back to school and was rushed to pay as she was closing the register and the store at 4:30. I showed her the email and she said that there was a sign on the door, which she put on after I had arrived that was a handwritten "closing at 4:30" when the printed sign clearly said 5pm. I literally got the email for new store hours at 12:08 pm today so was surprised and upset that I was rushed out of the store along with other shocked customers. Times are tough and their prices may be lower, but I'm sorry to say that they lost a customer because I wasted my time & gas to drive there only to be rushed out and not find the item my child needed as their shoe selection was limited for my daughter's size. I will not be coming back because the experience was negative and I feel like their email advertising for longer shopping hours didn't align with this specific employee & unless they do something to train them in customer service then you should be warned before shopping here.

So many Jellycats!…read more I've visited the boutique store a few times in the past several years, but came by today to check out if they have Jellycats...and they did! It honestly was the best supply of Jellycats that I've seen in awhile, especially with the seasonal ones that have been coming out (e.g., summer collection was partially in stock here!). Were the prices a little bit higher versus ordering from the Jellycats website or other stores? Yes. Not an exorbitant amount, but it is higher-priced. But, with how there's quite a low stock on a number of Jellycats in general, it didn't feel too awful to go ahead and purchase a couple. (I ended up getting one of the elephants, as well as an egg keychain). When talking with the owner, there's a chance that the Jellycats craze may die down soon, but it seems to be popular in the meantime. Loved chatting with the owner today, and how nice she was!
