    Bandshell seating

Forgot to add this well deserved Hollywood landmark to Yelp. Totally free live music at the bandshell on the Hollywood Beach boardwalk. Dancing with my hubby to the retro rock music then sit on the metal bleachers and watch the band as others dance. Really fun time during the winter months but not a fan of sweating in the humid summer nights. Lots of little places to eat around the bandshell or dip your toes into the ocean.

The Hollywood Beach Theatre offers a fun and lively atmosphere with great live music right by the ocean. I enjoyed the performances from Margaritaville, where the sound carried beautifully, adding to the tropical vibe of the boardwalk. The theater provides. It's the perfect spot to relax with a drink, listen to music, and soak in the beachside energy.Definitely a must-visit for music lovers!

This is a very nice area on the Hollywood beach broadwalk with free live music Wednesday - Sunday nights from 7-9pm every week. Located right next to the Margaritaville hotel with many restaurants, bars, and shops around this area. The area is always fairly busy with people out having a good time. There is alcohol being served and people are partying, but the area feels very safe. There is also bench type seating available in front of the stage. There are different types of music each night and many of the bands I have seen perform put on a great show- I highly recommend seeing Mason Pace and that anyone in the Hollywood or dania beach areas check this theatre out! Tip- Margaritaville posts the monthly music schedule on their website to see which bands will be performing.

Seems nice enough. Decent stage that's well painted. Like the variety of colors, and so good it's on the "Broadwalk". One day will get used to saying that. Today was a kids show, but a couple back was a pretty good musician with Central American beats. It definitely made the boardwalk area more fun. It's right in the heart of this shared path. With views of the beach and ocean behind it, the challenge is being distracted by that or the sun. As for the sound system, it was okay. It's an opinion but I wish they'd hook it up a bit. This could be a way to compromise with local businesses music. If you're in the area, it's worth spending some time here.

This is one of my absolute favorite places to spend a fun and free evening on the beach. Every Wednesday through Sunday from 7-9pm (weather permitting) there is live music for audiences to enjoy. I have been coming to watch the music here for a few years now and even when the music is of a style I don't particularly like, I always still enjoy myself. In front of the stage there is a large area that is normally filled with happy beach goers dancing to the music. Right behind that open area there are a few benches available for seating, but if you don't arrive early enough to get seat you can always bring your own chair or blanket to set up a space to sit! There are vendors offering a small selection of adult beverages and you can also grab a drink or snack from any of the restaurants along the Broadwalk to enjoy while grooving to the music. If you would like to find out what band is playing for the evening, you can check the music calendar at https://www.margaritavillehollywoodbeachresort.com/live-entertainment-schedule/ . This is a completely free and outdoor venue so please do not be surprised if your visit isn't always perfect. Every now and then you may get sprinkled on by some rain here in South Florida! I have been to shows where the weather was not perfect (rain, wind, etc.) and the band continued to play for everyone. On the flipside of that, if it does start pouring rain or there is thunder and lightning, they will end the show. Other things that can bother some people about an outdoor venue; smoking. I have regularly experienced people around me smoking cigarettes but don't worry! There is plenty of space for you to move away from them and find a fresh air. You can also still hear the music very well if you chose to leave the front of the venue and sit on the beach! Because the venue is located directly in the middle of the Hollywood Broadwalk, every now and then you'll run into few very intoxicated people. If the area ever gets a bit too rowdy, there are multiple police officers stationed around the stage during the show to ensure everyone stays safe. Please do not let any of those negatives I mention scare you from checking out this wonderful venue! You truly cannot beat live music, with great production and sound, that is also only a few steps from the sand and beach! I highly suggest adding a trip here for the live music to your Hollywood Beach Bucket list!

Cruising the Broadwalk and came across a reggae concert in the theatre. Darn sweet. Whats that? Free admission? Oh yea! Drinks in our hands - yea, just had to be cautious. Music was great. Crowd was very chill and dancing. Would love to catch some more tunes here, seemed like a great spot to hang out, enjoy the beach, and jam out. Very cool!

Great place to get some good drinks and good music. There are also many bars and restaurants in this area, - no minimum spend either which is great because you can just sit, chill and hangout.

I stumbled upon Stage 954 at the Casibo at Dania Beach and signed up for their emails. They have many tribute bands- Rumours ATL looked great. They were excellent. I grabbed a quick bite of food before going into the venue. It was pretty basic-a bunch of folding chairs, a bar and restrooms. It was a late arriving crowd- apparently it's the norm to start 15-20 mins late. The sound was good and the crowd was friendly. I enjoyed it so much that I'm coming back in June for a show.

Cons - Saw the original voice of Foreigner the incredible Lou Gramm & another concert AC/DC tribute band called " Noise Pollution" Each time the audio mixing is way off with the audience complaining even the band telling the in-house AV guys to fix & they are 5 songs to slow to respond. Get audio and lighting crew that know the music and turn up the lead singers vocals and each guitar solos & can utilize the lighting rhythmically. For only $6 per car, you can enjoy the creek, walk over to the beach, rent kayaks/paddleboards, grab food, drinks, and the most addicting slushies! I was definitely nervous the first time coming here alone with my son, but now I feel like a regular and it's become one of those places I genuinely love making memories at. The area is clean, relaxing, and the sweetest lady running the food stand makes the experience even better. A true South Florida hidden gem that I hope becomes a staple in my son's childhood.

There's street parking nearby, but I'd recommend getting there a little earlier since it fills up fast on busy nights. Overall, such a fun, upbeat vibe and perfect for a girls' night out. I really enjoy the relaxed vibe at this venue gives because it doesn't rush you and make you wanna leave when the music is playing as some places get way too loud. I cannot wait to go back to rhythm and vine again soon because it was an enjoyable experience.
