Line did not move for 10 minutes so I gave up and attended the training session. 2nd attempt (30 min later) same line, same cashier and a heavy lady in line with a Cujo like dog terrorizing every dog that came in the door. The only cashier open was, of course, directly in front of the entrance. Gave up. Cujo and its overmatched mistress was still in control of the entire front of the store tying up the one checkout lane open when I left. Come on management!! Do something! Anything!

They are very dishonest and they do not tell you that you have to sign up for pet insurance Kanguroo is the company and charge you $65 a month with a huge deductible. They charge me two months before they finally canceled it. Be warned. They do not make it easy at all to cancel this insurance. The reviews are spot on. Believe them. Very shady company.
