I needed to send something out of state, which I've done before through a local florist, so I placed an order through the web site. Within just a couple of minutes, I received a call from who I assume is the owner. She explained the process there, and that she doesn't "outsource" (my phrasing) out of state orders. She gave me several good tips on choosing a florist on the internet in the recipient's ZIP, which I appreciated. So even though my order wasn't completed, the customer service was excellent. She also assured me that nothing had been charged to my credit card. I prefer ordering online rather than by phone, so I passed up several other local florists for this reason.

I also got a candle. One issue with that is there's not a discretion of what the candles smell like. I took a chance but the name and I did get one that she wanted and come to find out there was glitter in them. They sent me a picture to my email of the flowers to show what they looked like which was amazing never had a company do that before. Then got emails and txt saying they were delivered. Placing the order online was simple and there were plenty of beautiful bouquets, arrangements and gift options to choose from. I selected a pretty classic arrangement that was part of "Sharing Smiles." So in honor of Nanz & Kraft's 175th Anniversary they donate $10 from each "Sharing Smiles" purchase to Hope Scarves as a way to support for local charities in Louisville community. Because of this, the arrangement also came with a scarf. I was also able to add a cute balloon at cost before checking out, which ended up being a hit with the recipient. On the day of delivery, they called me just to confirm the home and then called me back once the flowers were successfully delivered. I appreciated their effort to confirm and that they reached out directly to the recipient as well.
