Slower service, sausage tastes saltier, the entrees are getting smaller and a little less care in the food prep. .Sometimes you will see young wait staff standing around while tables need to be bussed. I ordered a burrito with chicken and it literally had three small pieces of chicken, a boat load of onions and peppers - plus enough of the liquid it was cooked in to fill the plate! Needless to say, the flour tortilla was gummy from the liquid and inedible. The others in our group said their food was "just okay". Once someone came out from the back we got our check and left. Mr.Lanthier has refined his skills since they started in 1994 and the juice is from the Great Lakes wineries that have gotten drier over the years.
