I came here for a light treatment but got so much more! She put on a complimentary mask and while I was laying there waiting for my mask to do its thing, she put lotion on my arms and gave me a little massage. I have finally found a place where I feel pampered and the technician is taking their time instead of rushing me in and out like cattle lol She was also very knowledgeable, and very sweet, answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable during each treatment. 1 star is being nice. This woman cut my face and won't accommodate me or own up to it. Her name is Tania and she's the medical esthetician that works here. Maybe it was the exfoliant or maybe it was the microdermabrasion tool. I got a groupon for a microdermabrasion facial (which uses a diamond tipped tool) and I remember wincing in the process when she hurt me. After the microdermabrasion portion, she put a brightening cream on my face and it felt fine everywhere but in the areas I was cut. I said it burned and she wiped it off and then stated that "most people aren't sensitive in the t-zone area so this is new." I said "it feels like you cut me" and pointed to the spot. She said she saw nothing and that it's impossible to cut me. From the beginning before my facial started, she asked me questions about my skin and made comments on it... don't you think if I had a huge ass cut on my forehead she would have asked what happened or noticed it or asked if I used rough products? No, because there was nothing there and when I left it was very faint and got darker overnight as it has scabbed. read more

When I arrived the lady asked for my Groupon. I wasn't able to pull it up on my phone as she said there is no internet service there. Even though she had my info regarding my Groupon on her end, she wouldn't start my session until I showed her my Groupon. I finally was able to pull it up and we started my session 12 minutes late. The session felt very rushed and she kept leaving the room to go to the sink area. It was cold in the room and there are no blankets to cover you up. Other facial places I've gone to have you undress on the top and give you a wrap to wear and then have you go under blankets on a heated table. During the session, after she put some cream on my face, she left for 15 minutes. Then my session ended 10 minutes early. So for the 40 minutes I was in the facial room she was gone for 15 minutes. I have been here several times to have facials with Tania. She is very kind and accommodating to your needs. I'm very busy all the time, She is very nice always find an appointment that accommodates my schedule, even if I call her at the last minute. She adjusts her time according to my needs. She used red light and micro current technology which improves your skin immediately. Those treatments are great when you have an event going on. Your face looks rejuvenated and glowing after the treatment. Although it only last for a day, with continuous treatments your skin will look lifted and firmer. I'm starting to see results after a few sessions. She has really competitive prices if you buy a few treatments together. It takes an hour to do your facial using organic and recognized brand products. Definitely, I will keep going to Tania for my facial treatments. read more

Definitely below par, even at a Groupon price. I purchased the One Gold Summer Radiance Facial. Tania was nice for my check in, but busy doing other things during the majority of my facial. She offered me a blanket which was nice, but had me leave my shirt on vs. a terry cloth sleeveless wrap I usually use so my shirt doesn't get wet. It did. She put a mask on my face, left for 10 min and returned phone calls and talked with a walk in. Cleaned that off, put another mask on, left again for 10 min. Normally during a facial, my face is looked at carefully under a light, I didn't receive that. Normally blackheads would be extricated, I didn't get that. Had the normal upsell of products upon completion which I politely declined. I ran an errand after and realized when I got home I had mud colored mask in my hair and eyebrows...wish I would have known. :-/ One of my least favorite facials, though my skin felt soft and looked decent after. read more

I had a groupon for a special Bio Botox facial...basically a firming/mild peel. Jania was my esthetician and was so knowledgeable and professional. Her voice is so soothing and the soft music playing in the background....ahhh. But then the real deal was when I looked in the mirror after I got home...My face positively glowed, felt tighter and looked amazing and I am in my mid fifties. Like the girl before me said, "My only regret is that I did not find this place sooner"...I will definitely be back and plan to make this part of my regular skin care regimen. I decided to buy the groupon microdermabrasion for 3 sessions. Then called the office to see if there were any available times that same day. I talked to Hannah and fortunately there was one spot in the evening. Entering the place, you'll be greeted by hannah and was pleasant to talk with. Then Tania would introduce herself with a great smile. She pampered me my whole session there and she really knows what she's doing. She took her time and was not in a hurry. I almost fell asleep with such relaxation. Great service! Kuddos! I just started going to Hollywood Glamour a few months ago. I keep buying more facial packages because it's my only downtime and I fall asleep almost every time I go because it's so relaxing! The facials given by Tania are wonderful. The products feel terrific; I haven't had a single bad reaction. Tania takes her time, she's always ready when you arrive, she treats you kindly, she has a very nice soft, gentle presence, and the music is very soothing. I can't say enough great things about going here. From the outside it doesn't look like much but it's a nice (not grand) interior and the street is left behind once you enter. Tania provides advice if you ask her questions and she's all about natural remedies. One of these days I'm going to try other treatments and I can't wait.
