This is the best UPS store in a ten mile radius. It's a bit more expensive than the post office but if your package value is more than 100 the insurance isn't that much and it's super easy to get your reimbursement should your box go missing. I do a lot of shipping so for the things I really care about, I ship from here. (Disclaimer: Lost packages has happened to me at both the USPS and once here... believe me, it's not a hassle here to get the situation resolved) The staff is really nice too. Wow. These guys print my presentations and they are so much faster and cheaper than anyone else. I have never had to wait more than 4 minutes for my printing and I have been there at least 20 times. I have been a box owner from this UPS store location for several years. That means for several years, I have been getting a text when I receive a package, I know that I have a professional signing for my packages and will keep them secure until I can pick it up from the store. They ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL and the USPS. They have stamps. There are never lines. Worst case scenario during holiday shipping season, you may have to wait behind one person. They do faxing, copying, printing, packaging. I have had presentations printed off via an email sent to the store, ready the same day. It's like family, they know me by name and treat everyone like they matter. They are open after the post office and are in a convenient location in the Kroger shopping center. I plan on being a customer for as long as they'll have me. read more

By far, the best UPS store I've ever visited. These folks are friendly and helpful. I've been to other stores where I've been made to feel like the normal business of shipping or picking up a package is a hassle. I hadn't been to this UPS store in quite a while and it was a Friday evening less than an hour before closing so I wasn't sure what to expect, especially since I had an overseas package to mail out. Our experiences here were great until our bank account was compromised and the paper trail led directly back to documents that were scanned just two hours earlier at this location and harvested. Filed a police report and a identity theft case with the Federal Trade Commission. Don't ever copy, print, or scan anything here that contains any piece of personal information unless you enjoy spending your entire day calling every financial institution and account holder you have, talking to the police, and filing credit alerts with all the major credit bureaus. Husband called the manager - all we got was a "Sorry that happened." Pretty sure the callous theft of our identities warrants more than a "sorry." read more
